Yes, because I once again decided to take up the old. More precisely, it's new: a new site, new articles.

I really love writing. Maybe it's not all interesting. Someone wants to read about business, to someone about the subtleties of family relations. The time will come, I will write about it.

You know, going back to life is fun. Every attempt is exhausting, but forces are taken from somewhere.

This is useful. Each your "clean sheet of paper" goes into the mulch. But one day you will exchange this mukulaturu, and your "clean sheets" will justify themselves.

How to start living?

1. Start getting up early. Perhaps you are already sober every morning, but still those who are accustomed to spending half the night in social networks, and the morning to sleep - throw this bad habit.

2. Go in for sports. Heard such a phrase? Yes, I think quite often. And do not run from the first day, lift the weight, torture yourself to exhaustion. Just choose one problem zone for yourself, choose a set of exercises and go on the road, leisurely, but every day.

3. Care for yourself. I understand that there is no time, but when you feel well-groomed - it becomes happier somehow. Do not run into the store to buy all sorts of money. The fact that you take a shower, put on a cream and sprinkle with a deodorant will be something. Try popular recipes, read articles on these topics. Do not forget about your body.

4. Throw out the trash. This is such a cool psychotherapy. Yes, sometimes every piece of paper brings back memories. But during the general cleaning of life, look at these scraps and discard. Get a new notebook, diary, make a schedule. Unnecessary away, into the urn.

5. Give up any attachments to some food. I, for example, love bread very much and when I go to the store for something tasty - I always buy them for some reason. Although many things have not tried it yet. It's really bad. Every time you want to pamper yourself - swear different.

6. Every day, if possible, watch one new film. One day you will get one that will change your life.

7. Dance. Even if you do not know how - dance, I beg you! At least 5 minutes a day.

And it seems that it is impossible to do all this every day. Like, I have a lot of work and no mood.

Everything is possible.

Your "clean sheet" can be small, but if you contrive and change your life style, you can rewrite a lot and draw a picture in addition.

Oh yeah, and do not forget: at the end of each line put a smiley face. In other words, smile every day.
