Calculate the calendar of ovulation is not difficult, most importantly - mindfulness!

The first menstruation for a girl is a commemoration of a new period in her life. To realize the meaning of the changes that are taking place will not start soon, because there is no need for it. New knowledge the girl begins to absorb with the onset of sexual life - to prevent unwanted pregnancy or for easier, faster conception. To calculate the calendar of ovulation, you need to know enough about the principle of the female body and the process itself.

What is ovulation?

It is this special time - the most favorable days of conception. All processes occurring in the body of a woman are aimed at the occurrence of pregnancy. The process of ovulation, which consists in the release of a mature ovum from the ovary directly into the fallopian tube, is divided into two phases that last a certain number of days. The first phase, controlled by estrogens and follicle-stimulating hormone from the pituitary, is accompanied by the maturation of one or more follicles. In the second phase, the egg is released, while the hormonal background of the female body changes - progesterone and luteinizing hormone from the pituitary gland starts to be produced. These processes are interrelated, and if the amount of hormones is sufficient, the menstrual cycle will be normal and you can easily calculate the ovulation calendar.

Signs of ovulation

The menstrual cycle of a woman is from 19 to 35 days. During the release of the ovum, some painful sensations in the lower abdomen, abundant and viscous discharge from the vagina, are possible. In addition, the rectal temperature decreases, and the next day it rises to 37 degrees. Therefore, to determine the time of ovulation, you can calculate favorable days if you measure basal temperature.

Ovulation Calendar

If you carefully monitor your body and keep a calendar, you can determine not only the days that are favorable for conception, but also to identify some disorders in the work of the ovaries. How to calculate the calendar of ovulation, which days are considered special?

  • The first day of the cycle is the starting point for favorable days for conceiving children and for "safe" days for sex.
  • 4 days of safe sex. With the normal menstrual cycle from the first to the ninth day, the first half of the cycle is considered safe. During this period, women can feel bad, especially those who suffer from painful menstruation.
  • 5 days of conditional safe sex. In the next five days the probability of conceiving a child is at the level of 50 to 50. This is due to the individuality of the organism and the fluctuation of the duration of the menstrual cycle (from 21 to 35 days). Therefore, ovulation occurs at different times.
  • 4 days - the probability of conceiving a girl. Spermatozoa carrying the X chromosome are more viable, which is why a full-fledged unprotected sexual intercourse several days before direct ovulation can fully guarantee the future female sex of the baby.
  • Ovulation. Theoretically, on day 14 of the cycle (28 days), ovulation occurs when the egg leaves the ovary and is most capable of fertilization for 24 hours.
  • The next 4 days - the conception of a boy. Spermatozoa with Y-chromosome are very fast, so there is a high probability that they will get to the egg first and later the boy will be born.
  • 4 conditionally safe days. As already mentioned above, the body of a woman is individual, and ovulation occurs at different times, so these days the chances of a woman getting pregnant are reduced to 50 to 50.
  • 5 safe days for sex. In the second half of the cycle (conditionally from 19 to 28 days) the woman is "sterile" and conception is impossible.

The appearance of a child in the family is an important and significant event, therefore it is necessary to prepare for it in advance. Not from the moment when the future mother learned about her pregnancy, but from planning the birth time of the baby, his sex. This can easily be done by independently calculating the ovulation calendar.
