Why the pregnant woman should not be nervous - the reasons, consequences and recommendations

The human organism is arranged in an amazing way: nature has created an almost ideal mechanism that regulates not only all the systems of the human body together, but also each individually, forcing people to grow, age, develop physically, psychologically and emotionally. Even more work needs to be done to the female body - pregnancy, bearing and birth of a baby are natural mechanisms that are laid at the deep level of the subconscious. Nevertheless, one should not be careless and start an "interesting situation" on its own accord. In order for a child to be healthy, a future mother needs to eat right, lead a healthy lifestyle and try not to react too emotionally to a variety of life circumstances. Why should a pregnant woman not be nervous? What is so terrible can happen from fright or stress, a strong manifestation of joy or emotion?

First difficulties

At the very first stage of bearing the fetus, the body of the woman experiences maximum loads. The formation of an embryo, the intensive growth of a future child, which appears literally from nothing, evolving from several cells into a human is an incredibly complex process, during which the baby changes and changes every day. The central place in all these metamorphoses is the growth of the nerve cells that form the brain and spinal cord of the baby. Violation of the psychoemotional state of the mother can lead to disorders and pathologies of the neurological nature of the fetus. This is the main reason why a pregnant woman should not be nervous.

Any malfunction in the normal state of the mother can lead to irreversible consequences: a lag in the subsequent development of the child, and according to the latest data - even autism. It turns out that much depends on the sex of the fetus, and nervous shocks have different effects on girls and boys. Since this impact is in any case colored in negative tones, it becomes clear why pregnant women should not be nervous and worried and just need to try if not to exclude various factors that are bad for mood, then at least reduce them to a minimum.

Small miracle

It is clinically proven that at first the body perceives the child as a foreign body, and if a woman does not have time to adapt to new conditions of existence, the hormonal background has changed, and there are bursts of emotions, toxicosis, and general poor health.

The first trimester of pregnancy is a difficult period. A woman may not know about such significant changes in her body and what awaits her baby, so she does not always understand the nature of irritability, fatigue, what is happening to her and why. Pregnant should not be nervous during all nine months of bearing a baby, but it is at the initial stage that excessive emotionality often becomes the cause of abortion.

Surrender to the instincts

Those who are going to become a mother, plan their every step, it is easier to prepare for future difficulties, but they can expect many frightening changes, to which the girl simply will not be ready. What can we say about future mothers, for whom the new situation turned out to be a surprise, and apart from realizing the shocking fact of future generations, the body sends various incomprehensible messages that need to be interpreted and decoded correctly.

In fact, pregnancy is not a disease, the body prepares for this every month, and ideally everything should pass naturally. The most important thing is to listen attentively to what the subconscious, sensations and emotions prompt, then there will be no problems and unrest, and the question of why pregnant women should not be nervous and crying will not disturb future mothers, dads, or their leading doctors .

Strong man

Western doctors like to conduct all sorts of research, including with future mothers. One of the last works of the pundits was the observation of 500 pregnant women. The task of doctors was to study the influence of stress on the process of bearing the fetus, as well as on the subsequent childbirth and psyche of the kids as a whole.

In the course of the research, the doctors received curious results. It turns out that the stress of the mother, if she has a boy, can cause such problems:

  • Repetition of the fetus;

  • Prolonged delivery during delivery;

  • Psychological disorders in the baby (nervousness, tearfulness, autism).

The most dangerous consequence, explaining why it is impossible to be nervous to pregnant women is a possible miscarriage. During stress, severe pressure jumps occur, blood circulation is disturbed, air is circulated in the body, the baby is supplied with vital substances, which leads to very serious pathologies.

Sweet baby

With girls, the situation is slightly different. Scientists say that increased maternal nervousness can provoke premature birth, fetal cord embryos, possibly asphyxia.

The unfavorable impact on the psyche of the newborn, which brings the nervous tension of the mother during the fetal gestation, subsequently manifests itself in a variety of neurological and psychological problems.

The greatest impact of stress as a factor affecting the baby is manifested in later terms, starting at week 28, but why should pregnant women not be nervous in the first trimester? This term is significant, up to 12 weeks the fruit is so fragile and tender that even the strongest emotional tension can provoke its death. Therefore, learning about an interesting situation, it is important to avoid any stress.

Grief from happiness

What does the phrase "any stress" mean? What in general is stress? It is the reaction of the human body to a variety of external stimuli, which can become not only bad emotions or impressions, fatigue or overexertion, but also good, joyful events, moments of strong happiness.

Some people with positive emotions have such strong feelings that they can cause serious, though short-term, violations in the body. For a pregnant woman, this can result in increased uterine tone, contractions, spasms or even premature births, and the baby will experience a mother's delight in lack of oxygen and discomfort, sincerely not understanding what is disturbing his peace and why. Pregnant should not be nervous, but what if the stressful situation still happened, how quickly to recover?

How to overcome stress?

Many mothers recall the slight sense of inhibition that they experienced during pregnancy. Nature thus protects both mother and her baby, creating a natural barrier to all kinds of stress. This measure is sometimes not enough. How can a woman in this case help herself to find a sense of peace and tranquility?

  • Soothing herbal teas;

  • Favorable conditions for rest;

  • Light sedatives, tinctures and fees (on the recommendation of a doctor);

  • Foot massage;

  • If the period is not late, you can take a warm bath, go to the pool, rinse under a contrast shower, but without sudden changes in temperature, it perfectly removes irritation and fatigue, tones the body.
