Features of the supply contract

To be sure of the quality of the purchased products, it is better to work with a regular supplier. Therefore, as a rule, relations between enterprises are often not single, but long-term. In this case, it will be more reasonable to conclude one annual contract for the supply of products with breakdown by period. The specification for the supply contract will be an assortment of products intended for a single transaction. It clearly specifies the terms and conditions of delivery, as well as the form of calculation, conditions, amount and period of receipt of payments.

The specification additionally contains data on the place of unloading. Like the contract, it is signed by two parties to the agreement. Delivery of products in violation of the conditions prescribed in it is considered to be a failure to fulfill the contract to the proper extent and entails corresponding consequences.
