The vastness of its application is due to the speed of the study and a fairly accurate interpretation of the results. The subject is asked to arrange color cards in a row, based on personal preferences. At the beginning of the row is a card with the color most pleasing to the subject. Next - colors that like less (in descending order). As a result, the series should end with the least pleasant color for the subject.

Advantages : speed, simplicity in interpretation, possibility of process automation.

Disadvantages : the possibility of giving socially desirable answers. The technique can not serve as a battery (main).

Picture test

It is very effective, but quite laborious diagnostic method. The candidate for the post should pass a creative task related to the drawing of the object or group of the object ("The non-existent animal", "House, tree, man"). Psychologist evaluated the pressure on the pencil, the location of objects, the geometry of the drawing, accentuation of certain features of the drawing (eyes, structure, plants, animal hair, etc.).

Psychophysiological examination of intellectual abilities

The use of the research of intellectual coefficient (IQ) is a rather controversial moment when applying for a job. Psychologists note that respondents with high rates may be ineffective, and with low - highly effective. And vice versa. So, the methods for determining IQ can not give a full answer to the question of professional suitability. Many businessmen do not take into account this fact, introducing discrimination in the personnel policy of the enterprise on the basis of intellectual abilities. Eysenck's test

The subject is asked to solve a number of problems for a certain period of time (depending on the version of the test). Summarizing the above, it should be remembered that the tests do not need to be afraid. They reveal only a part of the data about our psychological characteristics. If the employer sees in the competitor a valuable employee, he will never refuse to provide the necessary space.
