What if I always want to sleep?

For so many residents of the planet Earth, the phrase "Morning is not good" is so urgent that they are ready to give everything for the opportunity to come to work in the afternoon, because in the morning for some reason you want to sleep much more than at night. To some people, even in the morning, I manage to fall asleep. It would Seem, just just fell asleep, and not here it was: a nasty alarm clock sober that I want to immediately kill its creator, then revive and kill again. But we dare to disappoint you: the creators of alarm clocks were many, and they all died a long time ago. Therefore, is not it easier to just identify the reason why you always want to sleep?

And there can be a lot of reasons. The most common of these is the high workload at work and, as a consequence, incredible fatigue. From morning till night (and sometimes until late at night) a person works, it does not matter whether mental work or physical work. In addition, often from mental work you can get tired much more than from the physical. After work, too, has enough work: to run into the store, make dinner, do some homework, etc. As a result, you go to bed at different times, and you get up in the same, broken and tired. You come to work, but you can not concentrate on it, because you always want to sleep.

Another reason for this ailment may be an elementary lack of oxygen, especially in the autumn-winter period. It's not all that people like to walk in the cold, snow and slush, besides, it's time for all sorts of colds that do not contribute to voluntary sallies to fresh air.

Also almost always drowsiness causes a state of depression. The person in something or someone is disappointed, he experiences and it is bad, at it the full apathy to all. Even coffee does not save the situation: how much it does not drink, you still want to sleep all the same. Causes of drowsiness may occur in the intake of certain medications, and in violation of the regime of the day due to work on shifts, and in the change of belts (frequent flights). There may also be thyroid disease, a lack of magnesium in the body, and the abuse of alcoholic beverages.

Of course, very few people like to stay in the state of the eternal somnambulist. Mind you understand that you need to do something, and you begin to convince yourself that you will start a new life on Monday, early next month, after the New Year, etc. And in the end, it still does not change anything, because you always want to sleep, you do not have the mood, things are more important ... laziness, in the end. And it is "laziness", in most cases, is the key word, because for the person nothing is impossible. He can do anything when he has a desire, an incentive. And in this case, the incentive may be the desire to live a bright, rich, full-fledged life, so that, as they say, there was something to remember.

So what should you do if you always want to sleep? First of all, it's very hard to want to change your lazy and sleepy life to a more active one. After that, you need to pull yourself together and proceed to correct the situation not on Monday, but immediately. Take the rule of going to bed at the same time. You probably know how much time you need to fully sleep, and then count in which hour you need to lie down so that in the morning the alarm clock does not cause such a mass of negativity and does not spoil the mood. Allocate at least 10-15 minutes in order to do exercises - it will cheer up, activate the metabolism in the body, give energy. But it would be better if you took up sports more actively and on a regular basis.

Also, if you constantly want to sleep, it would not hurt to revise your diet. If you have not had breakfast before, then now you just need to do it: kashki with dried fruits and nuts, muesli, fruit, juices can support your energy before lunch. To sleep was strong, it is very good to take a stroll in the fresh air before you go to bed. A warm bath with sea salt and lighted around aromatic candles will help to relax, attract pleasant thoughts, and a glass of warm milk with honey before going to sleep will calm your nerves no worse than valerian.
