Only occasionally on the Amur grapes can appear sweetish berries.

While the plant is young, it is necessary to cover it for the winter (literally the first few years), so that it does not freeze. Amur grapes will blossom by the end of June. Its flowers are yellow, collected in the inflorescence in the form of brushes. Exactly the same bunches appear and berries, which are black with a bluish coating. They are small, but they are a storehouse of necessary substances for the body. Fruits ripen completely by the middle of September.

The berries of the Amur grape are very useful and are used to treat a variety of diseases in folk medicine. In the Far East from the Amur grape do the juice, cook jam. Often it is used for making wine. This plant is very much appreciated among gardeners for its beauty and resistance to severe frosts.

Healing properties of fruits

If you are going to grow Amur grapes, you can buy seeds in specialized garden shops or via the Internet. And soon after planting the plant will please with beautiful decorative vines, and then with delicious fruits. For medicinal purposes, not only the grapes themselves are used, but also its leaves. And the scope of application is very wide:

  • With diseases of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • With lung diseases;
  • If the metabolism is disturbed;
  • With diseases of the nervous system;
  • At a gout (the dried berries of the Amur grapes, and also juice from fresh grapes well help);

The main thing to remember is that it is better for diabetic patients to avoid the use of berries and juices made from the fruits of this plant.
