Humanization of education: concept and essence

At the moment, society is at a critical stage in its development, characterized by a reassessment of core values and overcoming obstacles that prevent progress. Personality comes to the fore. That is why the humanization of education is simply necessary and is the main principle that reflects the current social trends in the education and upbringing of the younger generation. Only a person who knows how to be productive, creative, can find a worthy place in society.

Humanization of education involves the integration of the socio-moral, professional and general cultural development of the student's personality . This is possible only after the goals, technologies and content of the training have been reviewed and carefully selected. There are two components of this process. One of them is the satisfaction of the basic needs of children by creating the most favorable conditions in all respects for their development. For this, it is important for educators to take into account the individual, age and personal characteristics of students.

It is equally important to be able to reveal to children the possibilities of filling their free time with valuable content. This can be done through the involvement of students in the culture, the disclosure of their creativity. In many respects this moment is promoted by the GEFs of the second generation, introduced not so long ago in all educational institutions. Priority in training is the education of a new thinking person who knows and knows how to apply their knowledge in practical activities.

The humanization of education is an integral and important part of the education of morality in children. Self-development of a person largely depends on the creative orientation of the learning process. This is one of the foundations of the individual-creative approach of the teacher to the student, which presupposes the motivation of learning activity. Thus, the student can feel pride in realizing his own growth in learning, from achieving certain goals.

Today, it is necessary not only to give the student general scientific or professional knowledge, but also to allow him to master the universal culture that is the basis for the all-round development of the individual, taking into account his needs and surrounding conditions (this includes, among other things, the human resources and the material base of education). The humanization of education is also linked with professional and ethical mutual responsibility. In other words, all the participants in the pedagogical process should be ready to take responsibility for the problems of others when such a need arises. This requires a high degree of self-organization, internal comprehension, in which a person will not go on about the circumstances that develop in the pedagogical process, but can create them himself, develop his own strategy, improve himself.

It should be noted that the child's mental development occurs in the development of human culture. Here the main instructor is an adult. Therefore, systematic pedagogical influence on the pupil is necessary, as a result of which it is directed to the path of mastering new knowledge, and also brings up positive personal qualities in it.

In order to humanize education not only in theory but also in practice, it is necessary to organize and manage children's activities, while ensuring better conditions for the possible development of certain traits in them. While developing the program, the age characteristics of students are taken into account, and the teacher himself must remember the individual, both in class and in after-hours activities.
