Then carefully, you should unscrew the "sultan" from the fruit. If it is slightly turned, it will separate from the fruit with a small green trunk. You can simply cut off the top along with a small piece of pulp. But then all the flesh must be removed from the trunk, otherwise it will start to rot.

The next step: the base of the trunk is slightly cut off before the appearance of the root kidneys. They will be seen. It is located on a circle on the trunk of a dots or circles. Trim the trunk very carefully, so as not to accidentally remove the root buds. At the base of the socket there may be small brown-brown roots, which should not be removed.
