We equip the zone of absorption of the "primitive" dish, barbecue ovens with our own hands

With the onset of the warm season, mankind begins to inexorably pull on nature. Any free moment you want to spend somewhere outside the city, forgetting about the winter that warms us in civilization. Absorb from an inexhaustible source of strength, energy. Nature attracts us to ourselves, and we, as a child, unknowingly hurry to play with our mother, hurry to it.

And so, the workflow is finally over. Hooray! They broke out of the city. Good. But rest do not rest, but you want to eat always, and in nature, even if you do not engage in physical work, sports games and exercises, calories are consumed much faster. And they do not want to replenish them with cakes and sushi, but with food, ancient and uncomplicated, like nature itself, with meat. Grilled meat on the coals, who will remain indifferent! And this means we are preparing a barbecue with our own hands.

Barbecue is a universal dish, it can contain meat, fish, sausages, vegetables, mushrooms. The main thing is to make the products baked and roasted in the heat created by white-hot coals. To do this, you can buy barbecue grill in a special store or order on the site on the Internet, but the dish will be much tastier and smoother if you cook it in a brick barbecue oven with your own hands.

How to build a barbecue with your own hands, general tips with brief instructions

To begin with, as in the construction of any object, it is necessary to choose a site where the furnace will be located. It should be smooth, without bias, near the house, away from plants and combustible, as well as easily flammable objects. Harmful smoke and for trees. For fire safety it is advisable to lay out with tiles, or at least a rectangle of 2 by 3 meters, where the planned construction will be directly erected.

Barbecue stoves with their own hands can be laid out of brick, stone, using sand-cement mortar (3 parts of sand to 1 part of cement). The simplest construction of the structure reminds, if you look at the top of the letter "P", except for the walls has an iron pallet (for coals) and a grate (on it the dish itself is prepared).

We put the boards along the edges of the intended furnace and draw the cord, indicating the position of the future walls of the barbecue. The approximate length of the furnace is five bricks, and the depth is three. We will apply a solution along the walls to the foundation (tile).

Lay out the first row of bricks, check its horizontal level. The next row will begin with half a brick, breaking the whole in half. So, let's put five rows. The sixth will form a ledge, on which the pallet will hold. For this, we spread the bricks across. Continue to build a wall half a kilogram in width three more rows. Then lay out the protrusion to fasten the grate. We form it as the previous one. You can, instead of the ledges, starting from the sixth row, insert iron pins between the bricks, on which the grilles of the barbecue will later be attached.

After three rows, we finish the construction of the main part of the barbecue oven with our own hands and proceed to the arrangement of the working surface. First, we construct a table frame from bricks. We lay a sheet of plywood on top and a board covered with paving or ceramic tiles.

Process the seams of the stove and the "legs" of the table, giving them a rounded shape until the mortar clamps.

The main building for the production of barbecue will be ready in a few days, when the sand-cement mixture will harden completely.

During this time, you can build a canopy, dig up benches, a table or somehow differently designate, ennoble the zone of absorption of the "primitive" dish.

If you have successfully chosen a site for erecting a barbecue oven with your own hands, then the place of cooking tasty and healthy food can become a favorite recreation area for your entire family, friends, as well as a real decoration of the yard or glade in front of the house.
