Management of an organization is an enterprise management system

The management of an organization is the creation of a business model of an enterprise and the most effective management of it. The main task of the management is the formation of such conditions in the enterprise, which would allow to obtain the maximum possible profit. For this, a whole set of measures is being implemented. Such as the rational organization of production, the introduction of innovative technologies, the effective use of personnel, cost minimization, automation of accounting and management processes and much more.

Management of an organization is a complex and multilevel process. In connection with this, its separate species were distinguished. The main ones are strategic, financial, production (operational), innovative, marketing and personnel.

Management includes several basic functions. This: planning, organization, control, regulation and motivation.

Planning is a launching pad for the development of the enterprise. After all, it determines the mission, goals and objectives in the form of quantitative and qualitative indicators. Strategic planning assigns long-term tasks to the organization, and budgetary - current. In the future, on the basis of plans, control and regulation of activities are carried out. The function of the organization in management is aimed at forming the structure of the enterprise and providing it with all the necessary resources. The function of motivation is concentrated on the creation of a certain system of encouraging the work of personnel, which materially and morally stimulates the personnel to perform production tasks and achieve the set goals. Important is also: the development of their creative potential, the formation of an integral team. Control includes three aspects. The first is the definition of goals and deadlines for accomplishing the tasks, the second is the comparison of the results achieved, and the third is the adjustment of actions and plans. Formed strategic, budgetary and other plans are some kind of standards, on the basis of deviations in the performance indicators of which, control is exercised. The coordination function ensures consistency of actions of all structural units of the enterprise.

The most complex processes, which includes the management of an organization, are decision making. There are a number of methods that allow for the effective implementation of this process. These include: system analysis, management processes modeling, expert analysis, ideas generation (brainstorming).

The effectiveness of the management of an organization depends on compliance with its principles, which consist in the integrity of management, hierarchical ordering, the focus, the combination of centralization and decentralization, optimization and scientific justification of governance and democratization.

Management of the organization is a complete system of management of resources, finances, personnel, information, costs, production processes and a whole series of aspects with the purpose of profit and development of the enterprise.
