We salt them, sprinkle with spices for fish and put them in a frying pan, which can later be put in the oven. For 600 grams of sturgeon, we need only two tablespoons of sour cream. We lubricate the sides of our fish with it. We put also among the pieces 50 g of oil and pour half a glass of water. Bake sturgeon in the oven for about half an hour, as in the previous recipe, at 180 C. We must not forget to water the fish from time to time with the allocated juice.

Main dish and garnish in one package! This valuable fish can be baked with vegetables and potatoes. But first we mulate the sturgeon sturgeon. Cleaned from the skin and cartilage meat is salt, pepper. If the fillet was 500-600 g, enough and a kilogram of potatoes. We clean it and cut it in circles. Lubricate the bottom and the walls of the mold with butter. We put half the potatoes. Also season with spices and salt. We put on it sturgeon. We cut five tomatoes with mugs.
