A few words about the restaurant ...

The idea and implementation of this very interesting and successful project belongs to Anna Moskvitina, the well-known in Russia, including in St. Petersburg and Moscow, Italy Group sommelier.

According to a well-known historical certificate concerning the premises of the institution itself, earlier in this building there was a bank. And in it was a safe with money, documents. And when the restaurant settled here, in the safe there were stored not less valuable bottles of wonderful wines. By the way, from here just the name itself - The Safe - that in translation means "safe".

Of course, the cuisine in this institution is not only Italian, but, rather, European. And also there are also author's dishes from the chef of the restaurant - Alexey Kvasov! He perfectly combines the best products with the best technology for their preparation. And the result is beyond all expectations!

For example, "Tomato soup with smoked beans and kinoa", "Green ears with salmon and leeks" or "Bruschetta with prawns and avocado sauce", "Borodino toasts with salted salmon". And here you can taste delicious dishes with seafood ("Octopus with couscous and celery"), meat dishes and Italian pasta of different kinds.

Of spirits, visitors to the restaurant are offered about four hundred varieties of wine. And they are all from different regions of sunny Italy. Wines are also offered by the glass.
