Voronezh is a large and quite beautiful city, in which there are many parks and green spaces. Once in Voronezh, at the intersection of the streets of Friedrich Engels and Mira, was the parade ground of the Mikhailovsky Cadet School. After the events of 1917, the area of the Third International was on this site. In 1954 a recreation park appeared on this territory, designed by the architect N. Ya. Nevedrov.
