Kolokoltsev Vladimir Alexandrovich is a native of the village of Malye Serdoba, who is in the Penza region. Date of birth: 11 May 1961. Since childhood, the future head of all policemen has demonstrated exceptional abilities.

He composed poems and drew with pleasure. The boy went on a circle on sambo, in the winter with passion played hockey, and in the summer - in volleyball. In his youth Vladimir Kolokoltsev was carried away by music. He took up a guitar and performed the songs of Vladimir Vysotsky, Andrei Makarevich and Yuri Antonov. Sitting at the desk, the future minister dreamed of an investigator's career. But at the initial segment of life's path, fate decided otherwise.

After school

After receiving the certificate of maturity, Vladimir Kolokoltsev arranged to work as a mechanic in the Nizhnelomovsk regional association "Selkhoztekhnika", and a few months later became a driver in the plywood factory "The Power of Labor." But the young man did not develop his career at this enterprise either.

Conscription

After reaching adulthood, the young man has come to repay his duty to the Motherland, and Vladimir Kolokoltsev goes to serve in the frontier troops.

Gradually, he got used to the military order and began to think about linking his future life with service in the Armed Forces. Comprehending the basics of military affairs in the school of sergeants, the soldier petitioned that after his studies he was sent to the Alma-Ata border military school. He wanted to become a cadet of this university. But the young man got a sore throat, then he got into the hospital, so he could not get through the medical board. Studying at the university

Despite the successes in the work, Vladimir Aleksandrovich was well aware that he would be very difficult to work in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs without profile higher education.

In 1985 he became a student of the Higher Political School, which was territorially located in Leningrad. In 1989 he became a graduate of this university, holding a diploma in the specialty "jurisprudence".

Growth on the career ladder

After school, Kolokoltsev returns to the capital, where he continues his career as an operative authority of the UGRO Kuntsevsky district. After some time, he becomes deputy head of the 20 th police station, and then he was entrusted to head the 8th branch.

In 1992, Vladimir Alexandrovich sent to work in the department for the disclosure of murders of the UGRO administration of the capital's GUVD. Next year he heads the 108th department of the department.
