Range

What is balm?

This is an alcoholic tincture, the strength of which is often from 40 to 45 degrees. In the composition - all kinds of plant roots, essential oils, medicinal herbs and fruits. They use balm for the prevention of various diseases or at the stage of treatment. As a rule, the drink has a dark color and a rather specific taste.

The production of balsam is a rather complex and time-consuming process, involving several stages. At the very beginning, each of the components is insisted for 1-3 months. Ingredients are kept separately from each other in order to obtain the maximum of useful substances at the outlet.

After that, the ingredients of the future drink are mixed and filtered to remove the liquid from seeds, grass and other small particles. At the next stage, the balm is bottled in order to start joint aging. For protection from sunlight, as a rule, vessels of dark color are chosen.

The ready-made drink resembles a medicinal tincture, but has a uniform taste - none of the ingredients should predominate.

Indications for use

Balsams due to various herbs and extracts contain a huge amount of minerals. So, when is it advisable to use a medicinal drink?
