Elephant Festival in India

The elephant festival is an annual event that is constantly organized according to the Indian calendar, and this event should occur in a special period of the full moon (Falgun Purnima). The festival coincides with another Indian celebration called Holi, which is celebrated throughout the country. People turn big cities into a riot of color, fun and joy.

Elephants have always played an important role in Indian culture and society. These huge animals are part of many religious ceremonies, even weddings. This kind of festival offers an excellent opportunity to see these majestic animals in all their beauty when they go out to the parade. Monkey Festival in Thailand

This wonderful holiday is held annually in Lopburi, Thailand, in the monkey temple of Prang Sam Yot.
