Ultrasonic Cavitation: Consequences and Contraindications

Every woman dreams of being beautiful. This is one of the most secret desires, it is on it that the entire modern industry of cosmetology is built. As you know, the client's desire is the law. The number of different procedures for creating an ideal appearance is growing every day. Their environment: lymph drainage, liposuction, biorevitalization and cavitation. The consequences of these procedures are bypassed by many cosmeticians, although this approach is an unforgivable negligence towards each of the clients.

Let us dwell on one of the widely advertised techniques - cavitation. This procedure is one of the newest and the main drawback in it - the lack of information about the consequences that occur not immediately. Therefore, let's analyze in detail what cavitation is, the consequences of such an effect on the body and contraindications.

To be more clear, we must immediately make a reservation: "cavitas" is translated from Latin as "bubbles". So, low-frequency ultrasound affects the problem areas of the body, penetration reaches 6 - 8 cm. Thus, the effect is directed to adipose tissue. At the same time in adipocytes - fat cells of the body are bubbles, that is, cavitation begins. Further, the vesicles burst, which leads to damage to the adipocyte membrane membrane. Now triglycerides, of which each fat cell consists, become free and are excreted from the body mainly through the lymphatic system to 90%, the remaining ones leave the body through the blood. In the latter method, triglycerides are converted to glucose. This is how cavitation occurs. The consequences at first sight are not obvious. What raises doubts?

  • The developers of this method argue that other cells in the body that make up the basis of muscles, endothelium of vessels, epidermis, bone tissue are stronger in structure than fatty tissue, are more elastic and do not cause cavitation. The consequences of such statements can not be verified now. Cellular memory, which is now spoken very often, can appear at any time. And it is not known what will happen, a few dozen years after the procedure, when the elasticity of cells and strength will be not the same.
  • The released triglycerides in the circulatory system are converted into glucose. This leads to increased blood sugar. Any cosmetologist will immediately draw attention to the fact that any technique has its limitations, including ultrasonic cavitation. Contraindications impose a ban on carrying out this procedure in diabetic patients. But raising the level of sugar also leads to the formation of cholesterol, a decrease in the elasticity of tissues, the development of osteoporosis and even to heart attacks.
  • The name itself immediately defines absolute prohibitions. Ultrasonic cavitation is contraindicated in the presence of metal prostheses at the sites of exposure, and everyone who has pacemakers. The effect of ultrasound has not yet been thoroughly studied. Therefore, it is not possible to understand the consequences of performing ultrasound treatment of adipose tissue in the abdominal region, in the presence of metal prostheses in the oral cavity. Ultrasonic liposuction, cavitation, ultrasonic face cleaning are rather risky procedures for all who have any metal prosthesis.
  • I want to stipulate one simple truth: love your children! Begin to take care of the baby long before his birth. Almost every cosmetic procedure has a ban on its conduct during pregnancy and lactation. Save the kids, one thing experiments with your own body and quite another experiments involving your own child. Do not risk the health of crumbs, for your own interests.
