Description

How to fix the tip with a whip

It is used to remove insulation and outwardly resembles conventional pliers. With this device, the time taken for work is reduced, and the process itself is simplified. It is worth noting that the cable is peeled exactly on the length of the sleeve part of the product. After stripping the insulation, it is only necessary to insert the wire into the tip of the insulated pin, which is selected in accordance with the cable diameter.

Then the connected elements must be placed in a press pliers, the groove of which must also be pre-selected. The insulated side of the product must rest on the tool body. The connection is considered completed after you press the handle of the device. Now the wiring can be used to connect to electrical devices.

Single and double products

The application of NSHV not only simplifies the preparation of cables, but also provides a robust design that will remain quality and reliable throughout the entire operation period, in full compliance with all technological requirements and conditions.

As it was mentioned earlier, in addition to single ones, double products are used, which are necessary for simultaneous fixation of two cables. They are optimally suited for various situations, in particular for connecting double wiring in one place of the electronic device. The fixation method is similar to the one-piece crimping process.

The tip of the pin-type NSHV-2 has a plastic wide cuff designed for two wires, while the NSHV-1 is equipped with a narrower cuff used for one wire. The choice of the product in accordance with the wiring cross-section must be carried out in both cases. The main condition is to ensure the most dense connection of the two elements.

Scope of use

The tip of the pin-type insulated bushing has become quite common with the connection of sockets and circuit breakers, since in such devices a copper multicore cable is usually used, which is also necessary for wiring. In some types of sockets, its use is not always rational due to the presence of screw fasteners. During connection to the switch and tightening with fasteners in the terminal block, the quality of the connection and the reliability of the contacts are reduced.

Often during the installation of intermediate boxes they are hidden in special cavities, covered with a layer of plaster and decorative coating. Of course, visually the room from this only wins, but if there is a malfunction in the system or the need to check the connections, it is difficult to find the place of installation.
