Tingling in the uterus during pregnancy: causes

With the onset of pregnancy, the woman's body is completely reconstructed, and the hormonal background changes. Within 9 months, there will be significant changes, accompanied by various manifestations, about which the future mother should know and without panic wait for childbirth. As a result of physiological processes a woman experiences a variety of sensations, they can deliver not only pleasant moments. Very often, pregnant women throughout the term feel a tingling in the uterus, and with the approach of childbirth it increases.

There are good reasons for this state. In obstetrical activity, the pregnancy is divided into 3 terms. In each woman, there are different tingling sensations of different intensity, which is the norm, unless, of course, it is accompanied by spotting. Let's consider in detail all the trimesters.

First 3 months

3-4 days after the fertilization of the egg, the girl begins minor pain in the uterus. This phenomenon is associated with the restructuring of the body. After two weeks, the mammary glands swell - this process can also be painful. Along with these manifestations come toxicosis, drowsiness and nervousness.

Literally in 30 days the expectant mother may be disturbed by rather strong pricking in the uterus. This is due to the change in its form - the blood vessels are filled with blood, the organ is rounded and enlarged. Changing the structure of the cervix uteri - it becomes more elastic and soft. Unpleasant sensations are observed in the lower abdomen. In some pregnant women, tingling in the uterus causes discomfort and is accompanied by drawing pains, something reminiscent of the days before menstruation.

The reasons for panic are not really there, if only tingling does not last all day. Often they are felt when you change the position of the torso, sudden movements and sneezing. Despite the fact that tingling in the womb is of a natural nature, a woman wants to quickly eliminate this condition. Some try to take a comfortable position, others move more, make walks, visit the swimming pool and fitness for pregnant women. The most effective way is to practice on the ball - exercises will help to strengthen the muscles of the small pelvis. Such training is not shown to everyone.

Second trimester

During this period there are significant changes in the uterus - it greatly increases and presses on the nearby organs: the intestine and stomach. As a result, the woman has problems with digestion, heartburn and constipation. In this trimester, future mothers begin to doubt what causes pain - pregnancy or illness. Gastrointestinal disturbances lead to tingling and are considered normal. To eliminate unwanted colic it is enough to observe a sparing diet.

Third trimester

Closer to childbirth tingling in the uterus can intensify - there is a preparation for labor. On week 35, false short fights can occur. They last long and do not cause any special discomfort. But by the end of the period, you should carefully treat all tingling and pain in the abdomen. If they become harsh, prolonged and painful, go to the hospital. The fruit is fully formed and ready to "go free."
