Many of us do not even realize that the appearance of harmless spots on the body at first sight can be the first sign of a progressive disease. But not all of them are dangerous to health.

Treatment

It is forbidden to wear synthetic or woolen clothes on the naked body, perform heavy physical exertion and be in the heat, where there is inevitable abundant perspiration, which causes the staining of lichen spots.

It is not recommended to eat chocolate, coffee, salty foods, alcoholic beverages, spicy and smoked dishes, citrus fruits.

Black spots on the skin are also an indicator of diseases. Often they occur due to strong exposure to sunlight, pregnancy and in connection with diseases of internal organs.

Dark spots can also be an indicator of the disease of erythrasma. The causative agent of an ailment is an infection. Through the soil, it penetrates into the body, where, spreading through the blood, it affects the skin.

Disease is activated when the rules of personal hygiene and excessive sweating are not observed.

Treatment of erythrasms is medicated, it should be administered as directed by a doctor. But if the development of the disease is at the initial stage, it is recommended to rub the skin with 1% tincture of iodine for two weeks.
