The second wave of the crisis

Most citizens who are interested in changes in the world are worried about whether there will be a second wave of crisis? The answer to this question is needed not only for people dealing with finance and economics. As it became clear from the experience of 2008, the crisis affects the lives of ordinary citizens at the most everyday level.

Let's try to consider this problem in more detail. Why almost all leading financial experts believe that the second wave of the crisis is not far off? Let us recall, by what means it was possible to stabilize the economic situation in 2008. Then there was a rapid increase in lending, a deficit in the budget of developed countries and monetary stimulus. However, despite all the measures taken, the state debts remained. That is, the main problem was not solved. It should be remembered that it is public debts that cause the economic decline.

By what other signs experts have determined that the second wave of crisis is inevitable? Of course, this is a real estate problem, which now has too many debts. Experts are concerned that virtually all actions designed to avoid the crisis only exacerbate it. There is a decline in production, and after that the number of unemployed is growing. If we sum up the overall economic situation in the whole world, then there are all the prerequisites for the second wave of crisis to begin.

What about the situation in Russia? Some experts give quite encouraging information. It is believed that at the moment Russia is prepared for the financial crisis much better than it was in 2008. However, such optimism is not characteristic of all specialists.

What specifically determines the second wave of the crisis in Russia? At the moment, the economic situation in the European Union is gradually deteriorating. This is followed by the pre-crisis situation in Russia. While financial instability can be prevented by the fact that the income from exports from our country is growing. While this allows you to offset the outflow of capital. There is another fact that is very worried by financial experts. This is a rapid increase in lending rates, followed inevitably by a slowdown in economic growth.

Many people are also interested in how the second wave of the global crisis will affect their everyday life. Naturally, first of all, economic instability will lead to a sharp increase in unemployment. Owners of small and medium-sized businesses will also have a hard time. The crisis will entail an inevitable decline in budget revenues. In order for such a negative situation to stabilize more or less, a significant devaluation of the currency will be required. This, in turn, will negatively affect the consumer activity and various companies that have foreign currency debts. Consequently, the loan will be virtually unavailable, which is an unfavorable phenomenon for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.

In Russia, this issue in general is particularly problematic. In our country, the structure of medium and small businesses is just beginning to improve. Any economic problems, especially such significant ones, will cause serious damage to this sphere.

Experts believe that most of the enterprises will close. However, some organizations will still be able to continue their activities. In particular, these are enterprises that produce products aimed at everyday demand. Experts also note that it is difficult to accurately predict exactly which economic sectors will most affect the crisis. However, all are unanimous in the opinion that such a financial decline will negatively affect all important industries.
