Numerous discussion clubs very vividly prove how necessary this form of communication, such as a round table. This event involves a conversation on certain rules, within the established framework and the format specified. At all times in society, it was customary to discuss disputes for general consideration. This manifestation of democracy in our time is encountered more often. Conducting conferences takes place on a variety of occasions. The solution of business issues, scientific conferences, political debates and many other issues are resolved through collective discussion.

Nevertheless, one should not think that such an event is available only to the great businessmen and politicians. Very often the round table is held in educational institutions of all levels. Even the standard "five-minute" at work is a kind of round table. True, in this version the message of an equitable conversation is slightly distorted, nevertheless everyone can speak.

The round table (action) is a word combination, which in the twentieth century acquired the meaning of the term defining the generally accepted format of conferences and meetings at various levels.

The table, its shape, seating of participants, presence in the hall of other attributes (booth, information board, multimedia equipment) depend on the purpose for which the meeting is held.

The conversation at the round table will take place in the most relaxed and equitable setting. If the event still assumes the leader, the leader, then it is more advisable to use the table for negotiations in square, rectangular or U-shaped forms. Then it is headed by the head or chairman.
