In this article, we describe the recipe for fried shrimp in soy sauce. This dish is not only very tasty, but also useful. However, in order to make it exactly like this, it is very important to choose the right components. To understand whether fresh shrimp or not, it will be enough to evaluate its condition in appearance. The carapace should not be dried up, besides its color should be uniform, without stains. Also, keep in mind that shrimp can be sold both raw and frozen. There are no fundamental gustatory differences. So, having bought everything you need, you can start to prepare dishes from shrimps, the recipes of which we will describe below.

To begin with, let's try to do something simple and accessible for beginners. This recipe for fried shrimp is very light, but in the end it turns out very tasty! We need ten to thirteen cloves of garlic, half a kilo of tiger shrimp, half a lemon, two tablespoons of butter, spices, soy sauce and greens. Shrimp defrost the natural way, we will dry and clean from the shell. Garlic finely chopped and mixed with seafood.

Then add the juice of lemon and spices. Leave for a few minutes, so that the mixture is well soaked in sauce. We put butter on the heated frying pan, and after, having squeezed out juice, and seafood. Fry from two sides to a golden crust. We serve a prepared dish, decorated with greens, with soy sauce.

The following recipe for fried shrimps will surely appeal to lovers of sharpened ones. For cooking, we need half a kilo of any shrimp, eight cloves of garlic, soy sauce (100 ml), half a lemon, salt, curry, pepper to taste, olive oil. As in the previous recipe, prepare the shrimp, and after - fry them in a frying pan with the addition of olive oil. Season with curry. Pepper should be added carefully, otherwise you can spoil the dish. In parallel we are preparing a gas station. Grind garlic and mix with soy sauce. Let's add the lemon juice. We mix everything and let it brew for thirty minutes. Put the prawns on a plate and pour the sauce over it.

This recipe for fried shrimp in a hurry is good because it is carried out very quickly. This is especially true when guests suddenly come to you unexpectedly. So, we need the following ingredients: half a kilo of shrimp (you can take any), 2 tbsp. L. Chicken broth, a bunch of green onions, vegetable and butter, soy sauce, spices. Onion is cut into large quantities, shrimps, directly in a shell, fried in cream and vegetable oil, add spices and chicken broth. We continue frying until the fruits have a golden hue (about ten to fifteen minutes), and then add the green onions. We give a little to go to sea. We put everything together on a plate and sprinkle with soy sauce.

This recipe for fried shrimps with tomatoes is relevant in the summer. Light and very original taste surely will surprise the household! Take a half kilogram of tiger shrimp without shell, two medium tomatoes, soy sauce and spices. Fry seafood in olive oil, salt, pepper and cut into cubes tomatoes spread from above. Cover with a lid and stew for five minutes. Done! Spread on a plate and watered with soy sauce. Bon Appetit!
