All the familiar animated series "The Simpsons" can be discussed from all sides and very long. Therefore, now I propose to discuss one of the important topics shown in it. Namely, the life position of the main character is Homer Simpson.

At first glance it seems that this character from the Simpsons series is a prototype of a loser, an average American of 40-45 years old, suffering from alcoholism and excessive weight. In principle, this is so. But only if you look superficially. In reality, this hero is much deeper.

Homer Simpson loves to eat deliciously. Yes, most often, he eats something horrible, but in one of the series he becomes a culinary critic. In this sphere, he shows a talent, which indicates his good taste in eating. So the first aspect of his life position is getting pleasure from food, whatever it is.

As for the family, in many episodes he says that the appearance of children broke his life, took away some opportunities. But, despite this, Homer always comes to the idea that after all his wife and children are the most precious and valuable thing he has.

In relationships with his wife, he often manifests himself as a romantic (as much as he can), he also performs conjugal duties of an intimate nature regularly and with great pleasure. This indicates that he loves and appreciates sensual pleasures.

For his children, he is not a special authority, often forgets about their hobbies. But, despite this, Homer tries to be a good dad, to help when he can, and the children appreciate it, because they know that it's sincere. So in terms of educating his children, he adheres to the rule: "Rarely, but aptly!".

Another rule of Homer Simpson is the use of opportunities. He does not miss the chance to go somewhere - that's why the Simpsons have visited many countries. He sang in several musical groups, got a Grammy, helped Mel Gibson to make a film, worked as a circus artist. He even flew into space! And all thanks to this rule.

He also adheres to the principles of "impromptu" and "gulbone." Something, and Homer knows how to have fun. Perhaps because of this, he is banned from entering many states of the country. He knows how to break away completely and does not like boring. A case in point is the marriage in Las Vegas on a prostitute, the celebration of the spring break with students and much, much more.

In general, we can say that Homer Simpson, perhaps, the representative is not the most healthy and correct image and way of life. But he knows how to have fun and enjoy life. And some rules of his life are worth learning! Although, what are the rules ?? Only impromptu!
