Before installing a new part, the working surface of its casing must be cleaned from dirt and greased.

There may be problems with pressing a new silentblock into the workpiece of the part without special tools - replacing with your own hands often damages the elastic insert. As for work in the engine or gearbox, it is highly discouraged to act independently here. It is better to consult competent specialists with experience in similar works.

Why you need to use quality parts

The use of substandard products can lead to rapid wear and breakage of suspension elements. Voltage running will increase, and the service life will be significantly reduced if the elastic filler is too soft or too hard.

Recently, polyurethane fillers with a longer service life are more popular, but they are quite expensive compared to simple rubber ones. Buying them is justified only in cases of uniform wear and tear of the car suspension parts, while the conjugate parts are in good condition. This will ensure a smooth running of the vehicle and a long service life of the undercarriage elements under constant load.
