Although baked pork is often served in restaurants, there is a recipe for boiled pork at home, or rather there are many such recipes. In fact, preparing a boiled pork at home is not so difficult as it might seem at first glance. At its core, boiled pork is a dish that is common in Russian, Ukrainian, Moldovan cuisines - meat baked in one large piece and in a special way. So, cold-boiled pork at home can be prepared according to several recipes, the most successful of which are presented below.

Recipe number 1. Cold boiled pork at home in foil.

Few tried to cook the boiled pork in foil. Really sounds unusual, but it turns out very well. For eight servings, you will need sweet pepper (it will be more of an adornment), garlic (several denticles), pork necks (you need about 1 kilogram), thirty grams of red wine, salt, and black ground pepper. The cooking process is as follows. The meat should be washed and dried. Garlic is peeled and finely chopped. After that, the most important thing is to stuff the meat with garlic, and also to salt it and add pepper. Next, you need to pour salted and peppered meat with wine and put it in an enameled container, close the lid, and leave overnight to allow the meat to marinate. After the night, the meat is laid out on the foil, which takes four layers. Meat is packed and spread on a baking sheet.

Bake baked pork at home is necessary at a temperature of 180 degrees, for 2 hours. Readiness is checked with a knife - the foil is cut and the dish is pierced with a knife. The flowing juice should be light - in this case the meat is ready, if the juice is pink, boiled pork should be baked. For decoration, you can apply a variety of vegetables and greens. It should be noted that cold-boiled pork at home can be served both hot and cold.

In order to make the dish more tasty, you can use several tips:

- the meat is taken not too lean, so that the ready-made dish has a richness;

- when larding the meat with garlic, you can add raw carrots;

- in the marinade of wine you can add bay leaf and peppercorn.

- to get a rustic crust, before baking in foil, the meat is greased with mayonnaise and fried lightly in a pan.

Recipe number 2. Recipe, which is considered the most "correct".

A piece of young pork with a layer of fat is taken. The garlic is crushed, after which about two teaspoons of large salt are added to it. This mixture is added to the crushed laurel leaf, as well as ground pepper. The resulting mixture is rubbed with meat. Then prepare a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard, which is also coated with pork. After that, the future dish is placed in a large bowl, covered with a lid and placed in the refrigerator for the night. The baked pork is baked in foil at a temperature of 200 degrees for 2 hours. After baking, the meat wrapped up is placed on the tray, under the oppression. After cooling down the dish, it is put in the refrigerator.
