As the main advantages of the last of these devices is low cost, with the necessary tools and materials. If you take into account the technical characteristics of the equipment, it is possible to manufacture a backhoe loader with the required boom length and suitable volume.

If their cost is high enough, it is better to purchase a second-hand instrument. In addition, one more minus is expressed in the necessity for the master to work with metal structures. Manufacture of a backhoe loader

If you decide to make a forklift on a sample, then in tandem with this equipment you can use the T-25 and T-40. Preparation of tools and materials

As for hinged joints, they must have a cylindrical shape. From the hydraulic system, you need to borrow three cylinders, two of which will be responsible for the inclination of the bucket, while the other will have more impressive dimensions and will be responsible for lifting the boom.

The metal profile can be cut using a grinder. When choosing a welding machine, you should prefer the most powerful one. Take care of the presence of pliers and other small tools.

Assembling

If you decide to make a mini loader, then you must follow the assembly rules. At the first stage, you need to build a solid foundation. It will look like a rectangle made of square tubes or metal corners. Such a frame with the bottom edge will be strengthened on the canopy, it should protrude a little. In the central part of the frame, one more rectangle should be reinforced from the pipes, a hydraulic cylinder must be installed on it. On the top of the strut is made and hinges under the boom.

At the next stage, the boom itself is executed. For its assembly, it is necessary to prepare metal profiles, which are interconnected at an angle of 30 °. In the upper part of the structure, the ends of the base and the hydraulic cylinder are strengthened. When a mini loader is in operation, the central part of the boom is complemented by a hinge, it must also have a cylindrical shape. In this place are fixed connecting movable segments, their fastening between themselves is carried out by cylinders and rails for mounting the bucket.

The next step is to make a bucket. To do this, use four steel sheets, you can replace them with one large. The material is cut out rectangles, which are to be welded together. The front should be at an angle. When the MTZ loader is manufactured, you must remember that its boom should not exceed 2 m in length, otherwise the technician may simply turn over during operation. The front part must be equipped with an additional load to avoid this.

Front loader manufacturing

A self-made front loader can be mounted on a tractor with a front drive axle. To carry out the work, it is necessary to prepare a drawing, and then stock up all the necessary tools. For the bucket you need steel sheets, there may be three or four, everything will depend on the size of the structure. The bucket should have an arc-like base, as an alternative solution is the use of rectangular elements in the process. The first option will be accompanied by a lower expenditure of forces and materials.

The bottom sheet must be bent along the arc, reinforcing the top side inserts. For the second option, rectangular plates of 5 pieces will be needed. In addition to steel sheets, it is necessary to prepare another profile, square tubes and 4 hydraulic cylinders. When carrying out the loader on the MTW, you should stock up on the tools and materials listed above.

Build process

On the front part of the technology, at the first stage, under the hinge, the steel platforms are strengthened, providing the support with the tool. In the platforms, it is necessary to perform excavations to establish the thrust. In the next step, you can make an arrow, use profiles to do this. It is necessary to execute two contours, applying sections of a profile, their connection is carried out at an angle of 30 °. The contours are reinforced with steel bridges in the upper, lower and central parts to provide more impressive strength.

When the self-made loader replenishes, a vertical support must be welded to one side of the jumping, ensuring a protrusion in the upper part. To her strengthened strut, which the second side is fixed to the corner in the central part of the boom. On the ladle, which will be made of metal rectangles, you need to make the eyes in the back. The bottom is strengthened by an arrow, while on the top there are two hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinders with the other end are fixed to the corner. Large hydraulic cylinders from the central part are held on a vertical support. The self-made forklift truck must be mounted on the tractor hitch. Rotation of the working part of the bucket will be provided by the front hydraulic cylinders, while the rear ones will unbend and bend the boom.
