We put rice, reduce fire to a minimum, pour sauce, add pepper and cover the frying pan with a lid. After 15 minutes, dinner is ready.

Prepare 500 grams of salmon abdomen, lightly roll in flour with salt. From two eggs and a tablespoon of flour, make a dessert. We will heat up the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. We pour, not sparing the product, the belly of salmon should be roasted as if in deep-fried. Dip each piece into the batter, put it into the oil. Fry until crust, do not forget to turn over. You can serve with ordinary mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.

This delicious and hearty cold appetizer is stored in the refrigerator for up to three days, so your family will be able to eat a pie at dinner and breakfast.
