Tartar is traditionally called raw forcemeat from any product. It can be made from fresh fish or meat, for example. But most often fish tartar is prepared from salmon or tuna. Salmon tartar is a delicate and beautiful dish, a great snack. Try to cook it yourself.

Salmon tartar: recipe first

Ingredients:

- 200 grams of fresh salmon;

- one red onion;

- one cucumber;

- Tobiko;

- chili sauce (if you like);

- a lemon;

- Balsamic vinegar (also if you like);

- pepper and salt.

Preparation

Cut chilled salmon fillets into small cubes. Separately chop onion and cucumber. Mix the vegetable with the salmon pulp. Add the taste of balsamic vinegar and hot chilli sauce. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly all the ingredients.

Lay out the resulting tartare from salmon on a dish and decorate with red caviar. Serve best with croutons, rubbed with garlic and slices of lemon.

Ingredients:

- salmon fillets;

- fresh tomatoes;

- avocado;

- soy sauce;

- lettuce leaves;

- mayonnaise;

- garlic and green onions (for decoration).

Preparation

Cut the salmon fillets into small cubes, cut the tomatoes and avocado in the same way (beforehand pulling out the bone, of course). Pass garlic crochet through garlic, you can chop it finely. Put the fish in a bowl, pour a small amount of soy sauce and leave for a few hours in the fridge for marinating.

Ingredients (for one portion):

- 150 grams of salmon fillets;

- Onion head;

- arugula;

- slice of lemon;

- a bunch of basil (green);

- a cucumber;

- celery;

- a teaspoon of capers;

- two tablespoons of olive oil;

- three Baku tomatoes ;

- a tablespoon of wine vinegar;

- 100 grams of tomato juice.

Preparation

Take the tomato, cut the core out of it. Now make a few small incisions on it so that it's easier to remove the skin. For 10 seconds, dip tomatoes into boiling water, then the skin is removed quite simply.

Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, so it will be easier to grind them. Fold tomatoes in a blender, add a little tomato juice and chop everything to a homogeneous mass. Then add the vinegar (for a more acidic taste), salt and pepper. Everything, your sauce is ready. Remove it for a small amount of time in the refrigerator, let it cool and refresh.

Now prepare the poached egg. To do this, make a small bag of food film, pour olive oil into it. This must be done so that the egg does not stick to the film itself. Pour in the egg, roll the film into a neat bag and lower it into boiling water for 4 minutes. While the egg is cooking, prepare the tartar.

Cut small cubes of salmon, brush and cut the cucumber. Peel and cut as you want, celery and onions. Finely chop or cut the basil leaves. Mix all the ingredients, pepper them, salt, add olive oil and lemon juice. Stir everything and put it on the dish.
