Composition:

This dish turns out quite original and fragrant. Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Rice - 200 g;
  • Chicken fillet - 360 g;
  • Sauce sauce - 5-6 spoonfuls;
  • Champignons - about 200 g;
  • Sweet pepper;
  • Onion - 2-3 pieces;
  • Salad onion - a pair of beams;
  • Grated ginger - 1 spoon;
  • vegetable oil;
  • Pepper, spices, salt.

First you need to rinse thoroughly rice, then boil it in salt water until cooked. In this case, rice must be cooked in a small amount of water, so that it retains all the useful properties. The fillet should be washed and cut into thin strips, then add the soy sauce and place for half an hour in the fridge. Now you need to take the washed champignons and cut them into small plates.
