Rice diet

One of the most effective, inexpensive and useful for health is a diet with rice, which cleans the body of toxins, salts, harmful substances, helps to get rid of excess weight, is nourishing and nutritious. It is rich in minerals, fiber and carbohydrates.

There are many options for compliance with rice diets. Most often, raw rice is used for them , since it retains more useful properties, but it is not necessary. With a rigid diet, other foods are not allowed to eat, in other cases, various vegetables, fruits (especially those rich in vitamin C), green tea and mineral still water are allowed (and even necessary). Do not use a variety of spices, sauces and especially salt.

Three-day hard rice diet

For a day you need to boil a glass of rice without salt. Divide it into 3 parts. Drink rice with apple juice. If necessary, you can add to the diet of 3 apples. Do not withstand the diet for more than 3 days, it will have a bad effect on health.

Seven-day diet "Vegetable"

Diet suggests that boiled rice can be eaten with any fresh vegetables. It is allowed to add olive oil to various vegetable dishes . Do not use sauces and seasonings. The volume of vegetables included in the diet should not be more than the volume of rice.

Cleansing rice diet

In order to reduce the amount of starch contained in rice, rinse the glass of this cereal (preferably elongated), pour a liter of water. Put for a few hours in the refrigerator. Boil rice with a minimum amount of salt and without spices. On an empty stomach in the morning there are two spoons. You can drink tomato juice or tea without sugar. You can eat in an hour, but it should not contain a lot of sugar and exclude flour. The most preferred products are vegetables and fruits, as well as fish and lean meat. The diet is designed for 2 weeks, after which a week-long break is necessary.

In order to reduce the burden on the body, it is necessary to eat foods containing potassium, since it is intensively removed from the body when dieting and this can adversely affect the work of the heart. For these purposes, apricots, raisins and legumes will do. To make up for the lack of minerals, it is advisable to drink green tea, as well as water with a pinch of sea salt and a small amount of apple cider vinegar.

After the course of the diet, you should not again eat everything indiscriminately, otherwise you can quickly return those kilograms that you managed to dump with such difficulty. It is advisable to leave the diet gradually, paying more attention to fruits and vegetables.
