Career

Manu settled himself as an assistant cook in a restaurant owned by his father. The 15-year-old was grasping everything. A year later he moved to an expensive restaurant. There, the guy completed his training. After that, Manu went to London. He worked in various institutions, building a career from a simple waiter to a chef.

In 1999, Fidel Jr. left for faraway Australia. Our hero helped local restaurateurs in business development. Every day he cooked dozens of different dishes, honing his professional skills.

Manu Fidel opened his first restaurant only in 2009. The institution is located in Paddington (Sydney area). This restaurant prepares the food of a modern French bistro (mussels, Burgundy beef, couscous, ragout of meat, vegetables and beans, and so on). Financial investments paid off quite quickly.

  3. Turn over to the other side, adding butter. Once it melts, scoop it with a spoon and water the fish. Immediately remove the salmon. And in a frying pan with oil we put lemon wedges (without peel), capers and crackers. Stirring. We got a fragrant sauce.
