There are many options for its preparation with the addition of ice cream, juice, chocolate or alcohol. Everyone can choose the one that is more to his liking. To decorate such a drink, as a rule, cocoa, cinnamon or grated chocolate is used. One of the most unusual recipes is peach "Frappe". For work you will need:

  • 600 grams of pulp of fresh peaches;
  • A glass of ice cubes;
  • 0.5 liters of cow and coconut milk;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • Vanilla stick;
  • 8 grams of cinnamon (for decoration).

Preparing the drink in stages:

  1. First you need to chop the fruit.
  2. Milk with vanilla bring to a boil, and then cool.

For its preparation, only three components are needed:

  • whipped cream;
  • ice cream;
  • Freshly made coffee.

The technology is simple:

  2. After that, the product should be cooled to about 10 degrees. Free time can be spent on whipping the cream. It is better to do it yourself, because such products from the store, as a rule, are prepared from vegetable raw materials. They are usually less delicate and not so fragrant.
  3. Put ice cream on the bottom of the glass.
  4. Pour coffee on it.
  5. Decorate the dish with cream. This must be done at once, until they have not yet settled.

Such a drink is usually served in a special glass cup on a leg with a handle. And next to the saucer should lie a tea spoon. Drink it better through a straw.

Drink with fruit aroma

  • 20 grams of cream fat content of 20 percent;
  • a little sugar;
  • 50 grams of fresh espresso;
  • 50 grams of orange juice.
