For each of us, the implementation of real estate transactions is quite a serious undertaking. Buying or selling our property, we must take into account all legal aspects and possible negative consequences, it is necessary to take measures in advance to prevent them. Realtor (in translation from English "realtor" - "real estate agent") refers to a person, physical or legal, who is professionally engaged in intermediary activity in the real estate market when making transactions for the purchase or sale of an immovable property or when leasing it. His income when concluding any transactions is a commission or a fee for the services provided to him. And what they professionally do is called "realtor activity".

The profession of a realtor is one of the most popular and highly paid in the world. It develops and expands every year. Therefore, to get into this channel, you need to have not only basic knowledge about this matter.

A competent and successful realtor in his business is the result not so much of a long as hard work on oneself. A person, in order to achieve this title, must be educated and have the ability to wit, be able to think analytically, be considerate, positive and resistant to stressful situations.

Realtor activity is carried out between two parties - a real estate agent and an interested consumer - on the basis of a contract or power of attorney for a civil transaction with land plots, buildings, structures, structures, with residential and non-residential premises. Not all countries apply in practice obtaining an appropriate permit from the state body for the right to provide this type of services. For example, in Russia, licensing of real estate activities is not provided.

Unfortunately, it is the lack of restrictions and control of this activity by the licensing authority that lets anyone on the market as a realtor. The uncontrolled situation in this segment of the market is actually turning into an immense field for the development of fraudulent activities. And this fact negatively affects the reputation of professional specialists.

Realtor activity is not only the actions of a broker or agent. For the professional conduct of such a case, organized realtor sites with established rules of the game can be created. On such sites there are buyers, on the one hand, which form the demand for real estate, and sellers, on the other hand, who make their offers for the sale of such property. The broker, or the organizer of such venues, receives his commissions for consolidating both sides and pre-fixing deals. Transactions on such sites can be concluded by various methods of auctions. It is worth noting that such a form of transactions minimizes the likelihood of fraudulent transactions, and will also allow the seller to get the most favorable price for his object, and the buyer - the most acceptable purchase price.

In the CIS countries, realtor activity refers to a relatively young type of professional services, which before the collapse of the USSR, in practice was not applied, or had a very meager history. But with increasing people's well-being, interest and attention to this type of employment increases.
