Everyone knows this name in Bashkiria. Rail Salikhovich Sarbaev - ex-Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Several years ago, charges were brought against him, as a result of which his case was tried in court. However, he always went out of the water and to this day continues his career as a politician.

Recently, he participated in the elections to the State Duma, where his candidacy was presented from the party of the Socialist-Revolutionaries "Fair Russia". However, he failed to win. Rail Sarbaev: biography, childhood

The future prime minister was born in 1962 in the Bashkir ASSR, in the Zianchurinsky district. His native village was called Abzanovo. It was located at a distance of 500 km from Ufa. His father, Salih Halilovich Sarbaev, is a respected person in the district. He worked for many years as chairman of the collective farm, and then became chairman of the village council and head of the consumer society Abzanova. And Raile's mother, Yanif Sarbaeva, was a housewife. She passed away very early.

When the boy was 7 years old, the Sarbaev family got into a serious accident, especially his mother suffered, and Rail was very frightened, however, like all his peers, he went to the first class on September 1. At first, studying was not easy for him, he could hardly write, he did not remember well, his hand trembled, he could not draw straight lines. Then everything was settled, and he began to study very well in all subjects. In addition, he was very athletic, was engaged in hockey, football, excelled in volleyball, even played for the district team. Adulthood

After graduation, he entered the Bashkir Agricultural Institute, in parallel worked as a worker in the collective farm "Friendship" of his native region. And at the end of the institute Rail Sarbaev was appointed the senior agronomist of the regional association "Selkhoz Chemistry". And then he entered postgraduate study at the Bashkir State University. Then there was a brilliant defense of the thesis, after which he received the degree of candidate of biological sciences.

Career

During the years of perestroika, he was evaluated for his services to the district and was first selected as the second and then the first secretary of the Zianchurinsky District Committee of the Komsomol. In 1989-1992 years. Rail Sarbaev was deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Soviet of People's Deputies in his native region. In the next 2 years he was appointed to the post of deputy head of administration, and then head of the administration of Zachurinsky district. In this position he remained until 2000.

Kompromat

In February 2011, the embezzlement of the state treasury in the amount of 1.6 million rubles was discovered. Since the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Bashkortostan was Rail Sarbaev, the charge was brought against him. The prosecutor's office demanded to appoint the ex-head of the government of the republic 2 years of deprivation (real) freedom, serving a sentence in the colony and a fine of 1,000,000 rubles. In a word, he was accused of abuse of his official powers. By the way, during the investigation, those ill-fated 1.6 million were transferred by Mr. Sarbaev to the state budget.

A year later the court was held, as a result of which he was acquitted. This decision was probably influenced by the statement of the defense that the case was "politically motivated". The new head of the government RB R. Khamitov, after being appointed to the post, promised "landing" to many who occupied before his arrival government posts. Probably, the court considered this assumption logical and more than justified, justified Sarbaev.

However, this was not completely closed. Four months later, the acquittal was quashed by the cassation court, and the Sarbaev case was sent for reconsideration. But the court, which was held in June 2013, again acquitted the former prime minister. The prosecutor's office of the Republic of Bashkortostan again appealed the decision of the court and filed an appeal. This time the issue was decided in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as a result, an acquittal was pronounced. In 2014, before the forthcoming presidential elections in the Republic of Bashkortostan, R. Sarbaev was forced to leave the party "United Russia", since its nominee was Rustem Khamitov. And then the party "Civil Force" suggested that the former prime minister join himself, and after his consent, nominated him for the post of head of the republic as his candidate. However, until the elections, Rail Salikhoevich was not allowed: the party recalled him, justifying this decision by the fact that during the campaign he took steps that were contrary to the interests of the Civic Power party and harmed her reputation.

Sarbaev's indignation was unlimited: he sued the Supreme Court of the RB and the Presnensky Court of Moscow. According to the ex-prime minister, it was the work of the authorities, because there was no specific reason, and, therefore, no explanation. And this means that there was pressure. In addition, Sarbaev asked the CEC to return the money, which was allocated for the election campaign.

The last few months the main intrigue for the Republic of Bashkortostan was the question of the participation in the elections to the State Duma of ex-prime minister Rail Sarbaev. This time he was nominated by the party "Fair Russia". His candidacy was approved at the party congress on the Salavatsky district, which includes a number of South-Ural regions of the Republic of Belarus. His rival and rival was Zarif Baiguskarov. Analysts believe that this election was the last attempt of Sarbaev to return to the political arena. But, alas ...

The results of the voting showed that the former prime minister could not be convincing during the election campaign and again gain the confidence of the voters of the Salavat district. I wonder whether this person who has done so much for his district will continue his political career.

After the failure in the elections, Sarbaev told me that he could assume that the authorities would do everything possible to remove him from the road, but what was really going on was beyond all expectations. He had the confidence that the heads of administrations were given a direct command to act against him. Initially, he was not provided with premises for meeting with voters, and still people were threatened. Then began to pluck his posters and banners, etc. To this, even teachers were attracted. Well, there was everything: there were carousels, forgery, and a change of bulletins. In this issue, Bashkortostan was always very clever.

About myself

Once MP Rail Sarbaev told reporters that his fate was always favorable to him and gave him meetings with worthy people from whom it was possible to learn something and who completely disinterestedly helped him. There were Soviet times, and everyone lived amicably side by side, working together and not enmity with each other. He considers this to be the greatest success in his life. This he teaches his children. They have three. The elders have already graduated from high schools and are working on their specialty, and the youngest will soon finish school. He believes that they should not use the fact that their father is Rail Sarbaev.
