Pumpkin stuffed, baked in the oven - a variety of tastes!

Today we will talk about such a vegetable known to us as a pumpkin. It is grown, as a rule, for household needs. We'll start with the simplest recipe, which is ideal for supporters of vegetarian cuisine. To cook such a dish as a stuffed pumpkin, baked in the oven, you need directly the medium-sized pumpkin itself, one glass of rice, two large apples, half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, one hundred grams of raisins, two tablespoons of sugar, prunes without pips no more than a hundred Fifty grams and fifty grams of vegetable oil.

Stuffed pumpkin in the oven is prepared as follows. Prepare first the vegetable itself, namely: carefully wash it and cut off the upper part. Using a spoon, remove the pumpkin seeds and flesh.

Then rinse the rice and cook it until it is ready. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Do not forget to cut out the seeds. Quarter of apples, divide additionally into slices.

After that, add cinnamon, vegetable oil, sugar, prunes, raisins and apples to the boiled rice. The resulting mass thoroughly mix and fill it with a previously prepared pumpkin. The resulting pumpkin "pot" cover with the top-lid and place all this splendor in a preheated oven. Bake the pumpkin for two hours. After the specified time, take out the pumpkin, let it stand for a while. Pumpkin, baked in the oven, the recipe of which we just presented for everyone, turns out very tasty inside and externally appetizing.

The following recipe will be enjoyed by lovers of meat. If you want to please your family or surprise the guests with a new dish, then the stuffed stuffed baked in the oven will be very useful. Moreover, this dish is not only incredibly tasty and quite satisfying, but also extremely useful!

For its preparation you should stock up one medium pumpkin, chicken breast, mushrooms in the amount of two hundred and fifty grams, two potatoes and the same number of bulbs. One small zucchini, a pod of sweet pepper, a hundred grams of cheese, a hundred milliliters of cream, three cloves of garlic, one tablespoon of butter, one hundred and fifty grams of milk, vegetable oil for frying, as well as spices and salt to taste will also be required.

And now we go directly to the very process of preparation. Prepare a pumpkin in the same way as in the first recipe. Lubricate it from inside with butter, and then rub garlic. Pour a little water into the pumpkin, then put it in the oven for several minutes. It should become slightly soft.

While the pumpkin will languish, prepare for it a stuffing. Onions, potatoes, pulp of the pumpkin itself, mushrooms, zucchini, pieces of chicken meat cut into cubes and individually fry. Then combine all ingredients together, season with salt, add spices, pour in milk and cream - and put it on low heat for eight to ten minutes.

With the mixture, fill the pumpkin and bake it in the oven for about twenty minutes at a temperature of 160-180 degrees. Five minutes before the meal, sprinkle the contents of the pumpkin with grated cheese. Pumpkin stuffed, baked in the oven in this way like absolutely everything.
