Blackberry Wine

  • Put 2.5 kg of berries in a wooden tub and carefully rub them.
  • Fill the blackberry with six liters of water and place in a cool place for four days.
  • Strain the mass through a fine sieve. Leave the liquid in a separate bowl, and crush the berries with your hands and refill them with water (you need four liters).
  • After six hours, strain the blackberry, and then the berries should be squeezed and discarded.
  • Put together both infusion, add to them 250 grams of honey and one and a half kilograms of sugar.
  • Pour the resulting mass into a wooden barrel, close it tightly and place it in a cool place.

In six months you can enjoy a wonderful fragrant drink.

Wine from a dogrose

  • Pour one glass of water and put 250 grams of sugar.
  • Whip the food and transfer it to the jar.
  • Stir in a glass of water two grams of yeast and a spoonful of sugar, and then pour the liquid to the berries.
  • Add another glass of water to the future wine, close the jar with gauze, folded in several layers, and put it on a warm place for three days. Shake the dishes at least once a day.
  • When the specified time has passed, strain the liquid, pour it into a new jar, add 250 grams of sugar and place under the septum in a dark place.
  • Repeat the straining process after two weeks. Try wine and, if necessary, add some more sugar.

Recipe for house wine from black currant berries

Winemakers are very fond of currants, as this berry well wanders, and the taste of the drink turns out to be unusual and tasty. Wine from black currant is very tart, and therefore it is often prepared with the addition of other ingredients. But we want to offer you a classic recipe of house wine from berries. For him you need to prepare the following ingredients:

  • Three parts of the water.
  • One part sugar.
  • Two pieces of berries.

How to cook:

  • Combine berries and put them in a container with a wide neck. Rub it with a blender, mixer or any improvised means.
  • Half of the sugar is dissolved in warm water, and then add the syrup to the currant.
  • Cover the dishes with gauze and leave for a few days. Do not forget to periodically shake the liquid or mix it with a wooden spatula.
  • Strain the future wine, pour it into cans and close it with a water seal. Try the juice and, if necessary, add sugar.
  • After two or three weeks, when the fermentation stops, pour the wine into new cans and close it again with water seals. Put the wine in a cool place.
  • Every three weeks, the wine should be filtered and checked for sweetness.

After a couple of months, pour the drink into bottles and put them in the cellar. This wine will not be stored for more than a year and a half, since we did not use preservatives for its preparation.

Bilberry and mint wine

Recipes of house wine from berries are so diverse that it is difficult to make a choice from them. But we offer a wonderful option, which is easy to prepare and does not take away much effort from you.

  • Cook a syrup of two kilograms of sugar and three liters of water.
  • In a small bowl, put a peel of one lemon and a large bunch of mint. Pour the products with a piece of syrup and close the lid. Wait for the liquid to cool down.
  • Rinse three kilograms of blueberries, go through it and chop the blender to mash.
  • In a large bottle, shift the prepared foods and pour the syrup. Leave the wine to wander at room temperature for seven days, without forgetting to stir it regularly.
  • When the time has passed, carefully drain the liquid so as not to disturb the berries.
  • Cover the new dishes with a lid provided with a long tube. The end of the tube is placed in water and leave for another ten days.

After this, pour the wine in bottles and let it brew for four months.

Strawberry Wine

Wine from red ashberry
