Protocol of the parent meeting - the form of reporting of teachers

Parent meetings in groups of kindergarten are traditionally held once a quarter. They discuss the main issues that arise both with parents and with educators. For the competent management of the documentation, the teachers make up the minutes of the parent meeting. It indicates the number of those present, the topics of discussion, speakers (if the word is given to a narrower specialist besides the educator). At the end of the event, the parents put their signatures, thereby confirming their presence and agreement with the decisions made.

As a rule, it discusses possible problems in adapting to a kindergarten, the rights and duties of legal representatives of the child. Making out the minutes of the parent meeting, in which there are signatures of those present, kindergarten workers, in the event of a problem with their parents, have the opportunity to point out that these issues were considered at this event. And everyone agreed with the decision.

Meetings with parents, conducted as educators of a particular group, and the administration of the institution, are one of the forms of interaction in the implementation of the educational process. Moreover, this form has proved its effectiveness throughout its existence. In recent years, when carrying out such events, various innovations are actively used: film and computer presentations, project activities. Nevertheless, the record of the parent meeting is still drawn up, as it is one of the main evidence of the event.

Parent meetings, held in preparatory groups, also have their own specifics. Often, they are invited to narrow specialists (teachers, speech therapists, educational psychologists) for small group consultations. The last meetings of parents and educators are held under the auspices of preparation for the prom night, the day and the form of the event are stipulated.

Parents of preschool children leaving the walls of the kindergarten are preparing for new meetings - with the teachers and the school administration.

Replacing one institution for another, the main form of interaction between educators and legal representatives of the child remains a parent meeting. And already at the first visit of such events, the moms and daddies of the children see before themselves the protocols of the parents' meetings in the primary school and again put their signatures in them.
