"Priora Universal" - a reasonable compromise for reasonable money

"Priora Universal" in its qualities as best suits the definition of a national car. It is functional, roomy and affordable, which makes it very popular in its niche. Naturally, accessibility is a relative concept, but the fact that Priora Universal has practically no competitors in its segment is a fact (the analog of the tenth generation is already obsolete). So, with an average cost of about 15 thousand dollars, car designers are ready to offer in the luxury suite: ABS, parktronic, airbags, power steering, air conditioning, atermal glass, full electric package and rain sensor. In turn, the basic equipment of auto interest is not due to outright poverty.

Alas, the output of the "Universal" did not become a continuation of the long-awaited evolution. Yes, the "Universal" is no longer the same "Priora", the characteristics, however, indicate that defects are still available. Under the hood, the same engine (1.6 hp, 98 hp), the gearbox, which was repeatedly promised to finish, did not get any better - the wings of the five-speed mechanics are still vibrating. However, according to the project leaders Priora, the mechanism will be finalized in the near future.

"Priora Universal" - oddly enough, the car is international. The interior of the salon is the work of Italian specialists, airbags - French, separate elements of the engine - German, the air conditioning was provided by Koreans, and the musical equipment is made by masters from Japan. As for the design of the saloon, which was given to Lada Priora Universal, the feedback of the owners of the car shows that in general it turned out to be successful. At a minimum, the elements of the absurdity that were characteristic of the predecessor of the tenth model were not found.

The new "Universal" got an expressive sidewall and worked rear wings, the tailgate's door and at all can boast of the original lighting equipment. The car has claims to the style, due to which in the harmonious it is unlikely to give way to the sedan and hatchback, and given the impressive functionality and will give them a head start.

It's time to see what the Priora Universal is in motion. And here you can make a complete analogy with the sedan and its characteristic problems. Naturally, in the case of the domestic automobile industry, miracles do not have to wait, it's going well already, but I would like to see the same step forward that will bring the car produced in our country to the level of European quality.

It is difficult to make an unambiguous opinion about the "Prior Universal" because the car, besides all the same obsolete "ten", simply has nothing to compare with. Partly this is due to the fact that in our country there has always been an emphasis on the production of sedans and hatchbacks. Foreign analogs, we deliberately omitted - even in the basic configuration, these cars will be already in the price category above the "Priora". So it turns out that buying a new "Universal" is almost the only option to purchase a functional car with a wide range of options at an affordable price.
