Preparing at home sour cream cake "Pancho"

If you love sweet, then you, no doubt, will have to taste the soft and juicy cake "Pancho". This is a real find for sweet tooth and confectionery lovers. Even indifferent to a sweet person, having tried this wonderful cake, will be delighted with his taste qualities.

It bakes very quickly, and it's easy to make out. Each housewife will be able to easily bake a pancake cake at home according to our recipe. As a filling, you can use any fruit and berries - according to your own taste.

Original sour cream cake "Pancho"

For a light crust we need:

- the egg;

- a glass of sour cream 20% fat;

- a glass of flour;

- sugar to taste;

- baking powder (5 grams);

- Vanillin.

For dark cake ingredients are similar plus 20 grams of cocoa powder.

For cream:

- a kilogram of sour cream;

- sugar.

Fruit layer:

- two bananas;

- a glass of walnuts;

- frozen cherry (200 grams).

The Pancho cake is cooked for about two hours. From the above products, a rather large and satisfying cake of about 1.5 kg is obtained. If necessary, you can bake more cakes and increase the amount of sour cream.

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. Prepare a round or square shape and grease it with a piece of butter. First you need to bake a light, lush biscuit.

In a deep bowl, drive the egg, carefully beat it with a mixer, then pour sugar and continue to whisk. We put in a mass baking powder, sour cream and sifted flour - mix well.

As a result, you should get a thick dough, reminiscent of sour cream. Similarly, prepare a dark cake, just add cocoa powder.

We take two smeared forms, pour in them a dark and light dough - bake for about an hour. After the cakes are ready - let them cool down.

Cut the dark cake into two equal parts. Light biscuit and the second part of dark biscuit should be cut into small squares.

Cream: sour cream with sugar or powdered sugar until a thick, uniform mass.

Bananas cut into circles, chop the walnuts, and defrost the cherry.

We form the cake "Pancho": we lay out a dark biscuit on a festive dish, immediately soak it with sour cream, and can also be smeared with some syrup or sweet water for softness and juiciness.

On top of the cream we put biscuit cubes, bananas, cherries, crushed nuts - all with cream. So alternate layer by layer, until we get a cone.

The resulting "tower" is abundantly smeared with sour cream. If the cream will drain, you can collect it with a spoon and put it back on the cake.

Put the cake "Pancho" in the refrigerator for two hours. After the cream has solidified, pour the cake with chocolate icing. Cook it simply and quickly: melt chocolate (200 grams) with butter (50 grams) melt in a microwave or in a water bath and fine trickles to pour a treat. We leave in the cold for a couple of hours.

It turns out a delicious sweet dessert, which will not only decorate the table, but also a favorite dish. You can vary the baking of fillings, for example, add kiwi, which will give the cake sourness, or blueberries. Very tasty is obtained with canned pineapple, coconut shavings and raspberries.
