The politician said that an appeal was sent to the Russian President Vladimir Putin by deputies of the Bashkir State Assembly, where it was proposed to update the agreement between Bashkortostan and the Russian Federation.

In an interview for the Eurasian Law Journal, Tolkachev noted that Bashkortostan is geographically part of both Europe and Asia. Such a favorable location of the republic on the main highways from north to south and from west to east, the existence of a special Eurasian direction in the economy make it possible to create favorable investment conditions for the region as a whole.

At present, Bashkortostan has such basic macroeconomic indicators that allowed the country to be in the top ten of the best Russian regions.

In August 2013, the information agency "Bashmedia" showed video material obtained using a hidden camera.

In this story, a man who looks like Arsen Nuridzhanov (the head of BashDomKom, a former candidate for the Kurultay RB, nominated by the United Russia party), talks about trying to replace him with Anatoly Dubovsky, a member of the public chamber. Dubovsky has the support of the Speaker of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB Konstantin Tolkachev.

The plot mentions that earlier, while hunting in the Tuymazinsky district, Tolkachev allegedly accidentally shot a man. It was covered, according to the participant of the video, Anas Hasanov, the former minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkortostan.

Dubovsky allegedly knows this information, but he does not say anything about it, so Tolkachev has to "work it out".

Statements in the video clip "Bashmedia"

The hero of the video, outwardly reminiscent of the leader of "BashDomKom," declares that he intends to refuse to participate in the election campaign for ten million rubles (the plot was shot until Nuridjanov was excluded from the list of proposed candidates for the Kurultay RB), and for the work of "BashDomKom" at RPNU "You should pay fifty million rubles."

The person on the video was also told that he had paid five million for obtaining a deputy mandate. According to him, Khamitov was not allowed to hold early presidential elections, and they wrote a letter of resignation. The reaction to the compromising video story

The head of the press service of the National Assembly (Kurultay RB) Ilgiz Abdullin did not give any comments on this video. He said he does not intend to even watch this video, let alone comment.

Soon the video was removed from all sites on which it was previously posted, including from Youtube. 03/19/2014 Kirov District Court of Ufa made a decision on the results of the case concerning the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation, based on the claim filed by Arsen Nuridzhanov on Albert Mukhamedyarov and his news agency Bashmedia.
