Pimps are people without a hint of morality

Over the years, representatives of one of the most ancient professions are becoming more and more. But there are people who help them in this difficult matter. Pimps are those who create all conditions for others to engage in prostitution.

With some people it is difficult to talk about morality. Aspiring to material goods, they are ready to do anything to achieve the desired result. Many women deliberately choose to engage in prostitution. This seems to them an easy way to earn money. Forgetting about all the limits of decency, they sell themselves to anyone who is willing to pay for it.

The situation leads to the fact that over time people appear who are willing to lead such a process. Pimps are people (usually a man) who create similar conditions for women like them. Their duties include:

• Search for customers ;
• Advertising of the proposed service;
• Provision of conditions for work (apartment, hotel and others);
• Protection of their wards.

Women only have to fulfill their direct duties. But pimps are not some benefactors. In their actions there is no altruism and good intentions. For their work, they accordingly take payment. This is not a one-time help or some kind of single service. Enterprising citizens put activity in this direction on the flow. And the pimp in this case is not "a work companion," but the owner of a prostitute, since all the governing levers are currently in his hands.

Women who are engaged in prostitution in Russia have been for a long time. Several centuries ago there were special brothels where anyone could come and use the service of a woman for money. And as a host was allowed to speak only to female representatives. This was done in order to exclude the possibility of assault and excessive cruelty towards subordinates. Her occupation was called "pandering." Very often such women were called "mummies". And the pimps were men who led prostitution on the street. Of course, the conditions and the contingent of attendants there was not the same as in a brothel. Accordingly, the payment for services was taken much lower. The incomes of the pimp and mummy are incommensurable, as their positions in society are incomparable. If a wealthy and high-ranking person sometimes visited a brothel, only a low-income man could afford a girl on the street.

Law on the Watchdog

For pandering, many people have always had a negative attitude. And if you consider that sometimes women do this by their own will, then such actions on the part of the organizers acquire a criminal color. In the Criminal Code of Russia there is even a special article for pimping.

With her help recently managed to bring to justice not one enterprising businessman. Article 240 of the Criminal Code refers to the involvement of citizens or their compulsion to engage in prostitution. Both aspects of this issue look the same before the law. For such actions, liability and punishment are provided in the form of: a fine from 200,000 rubles to the general amount of one and a half year's earnings, forced labor, as well as restriction or full imprisonment for a period not exceeding 3 years. The second part of this article deals with situations where there is a threat or a real use of violence. In addition, the circumstances are burdened by the group nature of the crime. In this case, a fine can not be dispensed with. The maximum term of imprisonment in this case is 6 years. The third part of the article deals with underage citizens. Involving them in this activity can lead to imprisonment for a term of 3 to 8 years. In addition, you can temporarily or completely lose the right to engage in certain activities.
