In general, pasta is a universal product. And not everyone knows about its benefits. In addition, they contain carbohydrates, they still have proteins, starch and trace elements. And they do not carry any harm to health or figure, just need to know their correct way of preparation.

Pasta casserole is a delicious and juicy dish, experimenting with the addition of various ingredients, you can get a new dish every time. Especially since the casserole with pasta is prepared for a very short time. About forty minutes - and your creation is ready for use.

For example, a pasta with minced meat - a very tasty dish, which is served hot. For its preparation you will need, naturally, pasta and minced meat for 350 grams, one carrot and onion, mayonnaise (200 grams) and 3 eggs. And, of course, sunflower oil, and pepper with salt to taste.

So, grate the carrots with a large grater, and cut the onion into cubes. Boil the boiling water and pour the pasta in it, which should be cooked until half cooked, so that inside they are not cooked. Then pour them into a colander, rinse with cold water and let it drain.

Onion lightly brown until golden in sunflower oil, then add the carrots into it and fry it a little more until it is all browned. And in this mass lay out the minced meat and fry until it is completely ready.

Beat the egg and mayonnaise with a homogeneous mass of grease the shape, which will bake your pasta from pasta. Put half of the boiled pasta in this form, and on them - most of the prepared mixture of minced meat. All this should be filled with egg with mayonnaise. Do the same for the rest of the pasta and minced meat, on top of the bay with egg sauce.
