Nutrition for dysbiosis

The insidiousness of dysbiosis is that it can aggravate the course of any disease of the digestive system. In addition to taking the recommended drugs, it is necessary to adjust your diet for dysbacteriosis. Thanks to this you can reduce the unpleasant symptoms of the disease.

At the person in an intestine the set of useful bacteria which promote digestion of nutrition, an absorption of nutrients lives. These bacteria include lacto- and bifidobacteria, separate varieties of E. coli. But in addition to microflora, which benefits, in the intestines there are also conventionally harmful bacteria. In itself, their availability is the norm, however, if there are changes that bring favorable conditions for the reproduction of these microorganisms, we are confronted with certain diseases. A harmful microflora is called conditionally pathogenic. If its amount becomes more than the number of beneficial bacteria, dysbiosis occurs.

With the advent of dysbacteriosis, of course, the digestive process is disrupted. However, not only is it dangerous - the immunity itself suffers. People with dysbacteriosis are more prone to catarrhal and inflammatory diseases.

Dysbacteriosis sometimes leads to treatment with antibiotics, lack of vitamins, eating disorders. If you are unlucky to encounter any of the diseases of the stomach or intestines, then, most likely, you will have dysbiosis.

Note: if you become aware of bloating, constipation or diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue, excessive weakness, sometimes allergic manifestations, then you may have a dysbiosis.

The causes of the development of the disease can be different, and therefore nutrition with dysbiosis should be selected individually. It is better to visit a doctor who will prescribe the necessary tests. Having studied them, he will provide recommendations for a diet suitable for you.

However, nutrition for dysbacteriosis of the intestine must be subject to some common for all principles. Perhaps the doctor will not describe them to you, focusing on individual advice.

So, if you have a dysbacteriosis, food should not include foods that are quickly absorbed. First of all, this recommendation concerns sweets and muffins. Especially difficult pies and rolls are tolerated by those who suffer from prolonged diarrhea. But fresh vegetables and fruits - on the contrary, will only be useful. However, remember that you should avoid vegetables with a lot of coarse fiber. It is better to boil them or steam.

If the main sign of a dysbacteriosis in your case is not diarrhea, but the processes of putrefaction in the intestine, then you need vegetables and fruits the more. First they are appointed as mashed potatoes - after heat treatment (cooking, quenching), then you can make salads, drink fresh juice. Also, nutrition with dysbacteriosis suggests mucous soups, rubbed food, drinking a small amount of liquid.

With constipation, the doctor can advise sour-milk products, juices and purees from fruit. If there is no special effect from this, then you need to eat fiber-enriched vegetables and fruits. In addition, salad prepared from fresh cabbage, porridge from oatmeal, buckwheat, pearl barley and millet, as well as cold dishes, helps a lot.

And now - about what needs to be excluded from the diet. This: smoked and spicy, salted and pickled. Do not eat fried, sour, onions, garlic and radish, sour berries or fruit. Avoid soups, cooked on a strong broth from fish or any meat, mushrooms.

Neutral products for dysbacteriosis - it's chopped meat or fish, stale white bread, biscuits.

Well, apple sauce helps , it is better to cook it from sweet apples. During the exacerbation, stewed fruit is used.
