Nuggets from chicken breast: how to make quickly and tasty

Nuggets from chicken breast with sauce (tomato, creamy, honey-mustard) have firmly entered the menu of many fast-food restaurants. Until now, this dish is positioned as light (though not dietary) and loved by children. The image of the nuggets was invented naturally by marketers, and numerous commercials developed according to all the rules of PR art support it constantly, evoking genuine interest.

How and when did this "miracle of cook's thought" come about?

In the late fifties of the last century, the future professor of Cornell University, Robert Baker, published an unpatented way to prepare nuggets from chicken fillet (nuggets - "golden nugget"). Pieces of chicken according to this recipe were paned and did not lose juiciness during frying. In subsequent years, Baker improved the recipe so that the nuggets from the chicken breast could be frozen and thawed without compromising the basic organoleptic characteristics. He also invented a device for coating chicken products with breadcrumbs.

René Arend (chef of the McDonald's chain of restaurants) in 1979 became the creator of Chicken McNuggets. This dish immediately became popular in the entire restaurant chain. But only by 1983, a clear system of supplying the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the dish and the necessary supplements was worked out. Only then did they have the opportunity to sell macnaggetz around the world.

From what and how to prepare a "golden nugget"?

The main ingredient manufacturers always declare chicken breast. Nuggets, whose recipes are published as raw, are dipped in flour, then into lemon juice and seasoned with a mixture of spices (paprika, salt, hot pepper, brown sugar, rosemary, thyme, lemon peel). Twice the billets are dipped alternately in breadcrumbs and lemon juice and fried in vegetable oil on both sides.

How to cook nuggets from chicken breast: fry in oil in a frying pan or bake in the oven?

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of chicken fillet.
  • Two eggs.
  • Half a teaspoon of salt.
  • Butter is a quarter of a pack (fifty grams).
  • Breadcrumbs - half a cup.

Preparation:

  • Boil the fillet in boiling water (10-15 minutes). Take out, allow the broth to drain, cut into several small parts, add a little oil.

It is believed that this dish is ordinary, you can not call it festive. But if you show a little imagination, season it with inspiration, you can get a culinary masterpiece. On nuggets from chicken breast, the recipe of which is given below, you can not only invite guests, they are not ashamed to treat even a gourmet.

Ingredients:

  • A pound of chicken fillet.
  • Grated ginger (twenty grams).
  • Garlic - two cloves (grate).
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
  • Curry - 1 tablespoon.
  • Hot chili pepper is a quarter teaspoon.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - a half kilogram.
  • Egg - one piece.
  • Salt - half a teaspoon.
  • Black pepper is half a teaspoon.
  • Flour - one tablespoon.
  • Celery - two stems.
  • Onion is one medium bulb.
  • Garlic - one small denticle.
  • Breadcrumbs - a glass.
  • Butter for roasting - glass.

Cooking method:
