Blender is generally indispensable in the preparation of various creams. Even ordinary sour cream with sugar turns out to be incredibly airy and gentle. A good blender can and thinly cut vegetables. This is especially true for lovers of cabbage salads, which, as you know, can be eaten by kilograms, but it is rather difficult to cut it.
