It is known that revolutions are being made in the capitals. However, at the present moment, watching the opposition activity in modern Russia, one can witness a curious process - the purposeful export of protest activity to the regions.

The combination of modern social technologies and the Internet gave rise to a curious phenomenon - the revolutionary situation in the provincial agrarian cities of the Voronezh region of Uryupinsk and Novokhopersk.

In these relatively small towns, many thousands of meetings are held almost weekly, attacks on scientific expeditions of archaeologists are being made, activists of protest movements openly declare the mass purchase of civilian hunting weapons and ammunition. All of the above against the backdrop of timid inactivity of regional authorities. It got to the point that the governor of the region was booed at the official opening of the long construction of Soviet times - the city hospital.

At the same time, the cause of the unrest is so ephemeral that it causes involuntary respect for the organizers of protest actions - the possible development of copper-nickel deposits . Possible because there is no development, and there will not be another 9-12 years. Perhaps, there will be no development at all if the results of exploration or the market situation are unsatisfactory.

Paradox - there is no development, but there is excitement in a quiet sleepy region. Almost from scratch in a short period of 2-3 months, a people's riot, ready to grow into that same senseless and merciless. Where from?

A simple search on the Internet makes it possible to find out that so ebullient regional protest activity has obvious metropolitan and sometimes foreign roots.

Prior to the contest, the well-known defender of the Khimki forest Evgenia Chirikova showed interest in the situation in the Voronezh region.

Another activist and coordinator of "anti-nickel" shares in the Voronezh region is the international environmental movement "Ecology 21". This movement is headed by Andrei Boyarishchev. Curiously, he lives in Paris. "Ecology 21" has representatives in London, New York and Vilnius. It should be noted that public statements against the development of nickel deposits were held in London, and not in Voronezh on February 25 in front of the Russian embassy in Britain; On 12 May, a similar event took place at the Sorbonne in Paris.

It is also worth noting another well-known coordinator and organizer of the rallies and in Voronezh - Konstantin Rubakhin. He is an assistant to the State Duma deputy from the "Fair Russia" Ilya Ponomarev and this is already a federal level. By the way, MP Ponomarev also connected to the protest actions from the very first mass rallies in the Voronezh and Volgograd regions, which he reported in his own words: "Regions do not sleep: riots are ripening in Voronezh".

Already in August this year, Ilya Ponomarev at the forum of youth "Seliger" openly stated that in his opinion that Russia expects "a revolutionary breakdown." And specifies that the revolutionary means - outside the legal field.

At the same time, it gives great importance to the regions: "we see by regions: as soon as there begins the split of the elites, the regions immediately begin to boil and change of power," says Ponomarev.

Summarizing the above, it is easy to come to a very simple conclusion: a number of influential federal and international organizations and individuals are clearly interested in the dynamics of protest activity in the remote province. What is the nature of these interests can only be assumed.

One thing is unquestionable: knowing how many professional activists, technologists and money it took to stir up a riot in the Voronezh region, the organizers can simply get a formula and budget of a social bomb capable of blowing up the whole of Russia by means of simple multiplication. As the example of Voronezh showed, the reason in each region can be arbitrarily ridiculous and insignificant. The main thing is to create hysteria among the population correctly and aggravate the conflict of interests of regional elites. Judging by Voronezh, it is quite possible to undermine the whole of Russia in 4-6 months.
