History of the theater

The Musical Theater (Krasnoyarsk) was opened in February 1959. The first performance of the troupe was an operetta for the music of Isaak Dunaevsky's "Free Wind". The troupe invited actors who graduated from the Moscow, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkov Conservatory. Quite quickly the theater became popular with spectators. Over the years of its existence, the Krasnoyarsk Music Society has staged more than 200 performances on its stage. These are ballets, musicals, comic operas, musical comedies, vaudevilles and operettas. The theater is famous throughout the country, its performances have repeatedly won in festivals and competitions.

Troupe

The theater of musical comedy (Krasnoyarsk) is four creative workshops of artists: vocalists, ballet, choir and orchestra.

The vocal department represents 38 actors. Twelve of them bear the honorary title of Honored Artist of Russia. They are Yuvenaly Efimov, Galina Kichka, Valentina Litvina, Alexander Alexandrov, Svetlana Kolyanova, Mikhail Mikhailov, Irina Boyko, Vladimir Rodin, Svetlana Kolevatova, Vladislav Pitalsky, Alexander Litvinov and Viktor Savchenkov. Also in the troupe of the theater there are fourteen ballet dancers.

Casanova

The performance of "Kazanova" theater of musical comedy (Krasnoyarsk) was staged in 2013. This is a new musical by the famous composer and producer Kim Breitburg. The play "Casanova" became a bright event in the life of the theater. The performance was a great success for the audience. He is known to a wide audience as the producer of the television projects "The Secret of Success" and "People's Artist", as well as he is the author of more than six hundred famous pop songs that are included in the repertoire of such artists as Lyudmila Gurchenko, Larisa Dolina, Alexei Chumakov and many others.

In addition, he wrote the musical "Blue cameo", the rock opera "The Word of Igor's campaign", the suite "One day tomorrow" and so on.

Eugene Muraviev wrote the libretto for the musical "Casanova" . This poet wrote texts for songs for famous Russian series, such as: "Doomed to become a star", "Lily of the valley silver", "Return of Mukhtar" and others. Songs on his poems are sung by: L. Dolina, Lolita, A. Pugacheva, T. Povaliy, I. Allegrova, N. Baskov and others.
