Metal hangar prefabricated prefabricated: projects, construction

The need for prefabricated and reliable buildings for agricultural needs, warehouses, workshops and production facilities led to the creation of a metal hangar structure, the price of which could be 20,000 rubles. The popularity of such buildings is constantly growing, today you can see them as private garages, sports facilities, office buildings and refrigeration complexes.

In the market there are companies that specialize in the manufacture of such hangars. However, under certain conditions, you can create such designs yourself, you only need to be able to use the tool and create a project correctly.

Design

The metal hangar should be designed in the first stage. Without this, it will be impossible to build a structure, buy materials and obtain the necessary permits. In the project you will be able to display calculations of loads on the structure, which is important for metal prefabricated buildings. If we consider the most common types of hangars, then it can be noted that the polygonal and arched are the most complex.

Hangar metal, the price of which, perhaps, will make you a choice in favor of this or that model, requires the availability of skills and design experience. But the hipped roofs and straight-walled hangars with gable roof structures will be easier to erect, but here it is desirable to have some experience in the design. The development and creation of the project are carried out according to a certain algorithm. At the first stage, it is necessary to design the foundation, then - the frame, the bearing and wall structures, as well as the roofing system. It is important to design and engineering systems, such as:

  • Ventilation;
  • Electrical wiring;
  • water supply;
  • The sewage system.

Light metal hangars can be installed on monolithic, tape and columnar-tape bases. Depending on the planned loads and dimensions, the material for the carcass should be selected, this can be a channel, a pipe with a square profile, an I-beam or a sigma-shaped profile. The connection of all elements must be carried out with the help of high-quality bolts and connecting fittings.

A little about the cost

It is also worth remembering that a metal hangar will have to spend a certain amount. For example, for a one-story but low-rise warm hangar, the price will be lower compared to a construction that has the same height, but two floors and rooms inside.

The distance between the supporting columns and the carcass arches should be approximately 3 m, whereas the length of the hangar should be a multiple of this step.

Hangar building: foundation

Before you create a metal hangar, you must build a foundation. The plot is leveled for construction, and then construction can begin. The base can be ribbon, pile or monolithic-slab. The process of building the foundation will be considered on the example of the slab foundation, since it is considered to be the most laborious in the creation. Projects of metal hangars provide for the mention of the building area, taking into account that it is necessary to level the territory, in the corners and under the supporting columns to make 20-cm holes, where the piles will be installed. Afterwards, a layer of sand is poured in, and then a reinforcing skeleton for each support. The length should be chosen so that above the surface the rods were visible by about 50 cm. The frame is poured with concrete, and then left to solidify.

When the metal hangar is built, the next step is to create a perimeter formwork. Its height will be equivalent to the thickness of the plate. After removing the soil, removes the fertile layer and is covered with a 15-cm layer of sand. It is rammed, a layer of gravel is laid on top of it. The layers are compared and compacted, and the latter is formed from gravel. The thickness of the layers should be about 5 cm below the zero level of the soil.

Now you can create a reinforcing frame by the area, there is no particular complexity, the main thing is to lay pieces of stone or brick under the frame so that the bars are some distance from the top layer. Extra pieces of reinforcement from the frame are cut off so that they do not stick out of the basement, then concrete is poured, and the base is left to set strength for a month.

Assembly and installation of the frame

If you decide to build a metal hangar, the next step is to create a frame. Start work is necessary with the installation and fixation of the supporting heel. They should be located along the perimeter, the distance between them should be equal to the step between the frames of the frame. On the concrete surface points are noted for the holes where the anchors will be installed, they must be drilled. After completion, heels are placed in places and fixed to the concrete base with bolts.

The next step will be the assembly and installation of columns. The simplest version of their installation involves joining two channels with each other. A part of the supporting heel is clamped inside. In order to simplify the assembly and lifting of the column, its parts are connected on the ground and fixed to the heels with a single bolt. At the same stage, the connecting eaves are installed, and then fixed firmly. The column rises vertically and is fixed, and on the ground a truss is built from the beams of the ceiling. In this case, you can not do without a crane, which will lift the elements upward. They need to be fixed to the supporting columns.

Methods of work

When prefabricated hangars are built, the structure can have an I-beam. In this case, the support heel is welded to its base, vertical installation and fastening are performed using a crane. The frame can be assembled on a flat surface, while it will consist of a truss and two columns. With the help of a crane you will need to lift and put this part in place. Once all frames of the frame have been raised and installed, additional rigidity can be achieved with the help of vertical links, horizontal runs.

Skeleton casing

Prefabricated hangars must have a skin that is installed by one of the existing methods. The simplest option is a cold sheathing with sheets of corrugated board. Each subsequent sheet must be stacked from bottom to top with a slight overlap to the previous one. The sheets are reinforced with self-tapping screws for metal. The construction of metal hangars is carried out by the same method and in the roof area, there the sheets are installed taking into account the formation of the ridge tide.

Conclusion

The construction of metal hangars is also carried out in other technologies, which provide for the installation of sheathing material on a warm method. In this case, sandwich panels are used. This technique is the most simple and preferred, as it allows to form a structure in the shortest possible time.
